@ballpeen said: Chubb is a great player, but Depo isn't a goofball. Come on man, you are a smart guy. Lol, I think I'm semi-smart. Seriously though, we ultimately don't know Depo's total role, I'm just not sold on some of his quotes (13 yard passes >4 yard runs, for example).  I realize times change and analytics is probably here to stay. Rumor has it, he gives input on game planning. I'd rather have the coaches form those plans.  Here's me digging up a horrible past, but last year vs the Saints, I just cannot fathom a football coach throwing 31 passes in those conditions, yet the Browns did, and they were still alive for a playoff berth. Call me crazy, but I think Depo had something to do with that. If his role is actually analyzing rosters & salary caps, then that's fine. It takes a good crew to maneuver all that stuff.

@ballpeen said: I think most of us would like to rediscover our 2017 form. How about our 1987 form ?   Or maybe 1977 ?   Nope, aIn't happening.

Now that he has the money, he will miss more time. The guy is a loser

The M3, yep.

@tour2ma said: Jesus... I just don't get some of you... An excellent post all round but this sums up my feelings since Monday night  I know people are desperate for the playoffs at last and reactions can be led by emotion but some of the stuff being written is crazy. This team can really play and our coaching staff is the best in a long long time

No.  We have gone over this numerous times.  They have to win and hope Buff. loses a game so they can get the #2 spot.  Plus 2 home playoff games potentially.

PFF's 32 team OL rankings after week 3...  (after week 4 still pending... no harm done honestly)  https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-ranking-all-32-offensive-lines-week-3-2020-nfl-season

Agree... at least on the buckle-down part. As for the "want him to be" part... I know I am less certain about that, but I do believe that Stef's Offense gives him as good of a shot at delivering on the promise he flashed in 2018. I just keep seeing Cousins under center running the Vike's PAP attack... but in our uniforms... and thinking what can be.

@tour2ma said: Short lil article from our new RT(?)... Jack Conklin felt the excitement from the Browns as a free agent Cool part includes Joe T. Not so cool part is that it's at least the 3rd article of late referring to Jack as "our new RT." Which means I could be wrugh... (oh boy)... wrogh (ack)... wrongh... Tell ya what... I'll get back to yall come camp... I still think the Browns take an OT with the #10 spot, or wherever they trade down to.

@typicalbrowns50 said: The new IT isn’t bad. The sequel to the remake is mediocre. I think the guy they had play Pennywise was a good choice and a strength of the film The Tim Curry miniseries doesn't exactly hold up. (Tim Curry is good though) Comes off hokey.  The first It movie (2017) was great. The second It movie (2019) was decent. I don't blame the director or screenwriters for it not equaling the 2017 first part, the truth of the matter is while the book It was a really entertaining book, the ending is kind of 'meh'... the new movie couldn't fix that.

@tour2ma said: Brings back my oldest adage to mind... You're always looking for your next QB... how hard is determined by your current starter. Yep. You definitely don't want to get into a situation like the Rams, Ravens, or Bengals where you LIKE your QB, but you have to pay him huge mega bucks even though you don't LOVE him.  I gotta say, I don't think Baker is going to struggle like this ever again. I actually think this year will end up being the absolute best thing to ever happen to him, and now he's going to know EXACTLY how hard he has to work and EXACTLY what will be expected of him in the future. I also thoroughly believe we must keep Freddie Kitchens and that installing a new offense could be career suicide for Baker. I know he didn't look great against a very poor Bengals defense, but if you look at his 3rd down passing numbers, he produced when you needed him the most.

I’m glad he didn’t make a move. A 1st is too much for Williams. Redskins are dumbasses
