The vaccine doesn’t stop the spread of the virus. It mitigates the potential for dangerous side effects from contracting Covid.
Everyone in a room could be vaccinated, asymptomatic carriers who become the chemistry set that creates the next strand of Covid that chugs along infecting more people. The framing for wanting people to get it should be based around mitigating individual health side effects and not that it can stop the spread. The barn door is already open so that is over in terms of stopping that.

Apart from the fear porn perpetrated by the news media and government to keep alive the notion that this is a certain death sentence.
It is not.
Or they are plain stupid for not compiling crucial data the explains why we are not dying off in droves - that the survival rate is as such
One thing is certain - Covid 19.20, 21 etc will be in our lives (thanks fauci, wuhan lab- CCP )
But the hope remains too - it is treatable and with great success without the use of untested vaccines...

This will be an interesting game of chicken. The CMS mandate has teeth, whereas the OSHA mandate is IMO going to be outright overturned in court. I can tell you that there are multiple units in all 3 of the major hospitals in Cleveland that are short staffed right now - nursing and all other ancillary staff (kitchen, janitors, etc). You can make more at McDonalds flipping burgers than you can as a medical assistant shoveling shit out of patient beds. I suspect that my capacity to deliver inpatient care will be affected when Uncle Sam says the admins have to fire these people now or face massive fines.

These companies pressing for this will soon find that the labor pool is a step in that whole making profits process. Running off or canning a good deal of your work force is a great way to lose that extra yacht.

My point all along. I say it's worth taking the vaccine just to keep you from getting as sick as you might when you do get it. There don't seem to be many people in the middle of this debate. Either the vaccine is going to kill us all or the covid is going to kill us all. Anecdotally I know quite a few people now who have had the vaccine and still got covid but in every case it's been reasonably mild. Ballpark of 4 days two or three of which sick enough to stay home. They still stayed home just because of transmission but you know what I mean.

I don’t believe so but I would do some reading to see if it is worth it for you guys. I am younger and in good health so I may pass on the booster but I am still on the fence. I plan on a Germany and Ukraine trip in June and I am sure they will want me to have had it before allowing entry.

People seem too keep over looking the fact that the "virus" still has not been isolated.
So, China (CCP, who unleashed this) sent the molecular structure (yea, they can do that these days) of the "virus" to the Pharma companies to develop their shots against.
Does this register with folks ?
This shot isn't based on a crippled virus like real vaccines, it's based on a theoretical molecular structure of "something", provided by the CCP (sans the J & J shot).
There's no real virus / virus parts in it, just (maybe) parts of whatever molecule the CCP sent, which Pharma companies engineered to have the body reproduce endlessly.
And this is before any of the other stuff is mixed in.
Sadly, all this is coming out "Late to the Show" so to speak, but just as sadly it most likely wouldn't have mattered - this will get laughed at and dismissed just like all the rest.
