Edit: The answer is no. Cincinnati, Baltimore and Pittsburgh every year is inferior to the Browns, but the NFL conspires to give them victories.

Burrow is well on his way to being a top 3-4 QB in the league. I know it’s just how it goes, but it’s also just amazing how shitty the browns luck is in our division being so strong.
