The sea level did not accelerate or decelerate, as some might expect — meaning that the rise of the sea level does not depend on ocean temperature, much less on the atmospheric carbon... -

Well, I can tell you with absolute certainty that tides notwithstanding, the sea level has not risen one fucking inch in the 50 +yrs I've been here.
