I was looking at the 506 sports coverage map. The Browns are on down here in WV, but I saw the TB game was not being shown in TB because of blackout rules. I didn’t know they still had those rules

After taking a closer look at the NFL blackout rule I saw this.
The National Football League television blackout policies are the strictest among the four major professional sports leagues in North America.
From 1973 through 2014, the NFL maintained a blackout policy that stated that a home game cannot be televised in the team's local market if 85 percent of the tickets are not sold out 72 hours prior to its start time. |--> continued on Wiki --> I would try them or tne NFL rules next for an explanition.
