The few times he does throw downfield they have a trajectory similar to wild thing though.

He looks like he won’t throw the ball. He would rather run or run around and try to do something not just n the original play.
How many times did he drop back and hit the back foot and throw on time? About 2-3 I’d say -

No, he’s with the colts. He wanted to stay here but Berry preferred Winston for some unfathomable reason.
I think it was Watson's confidence/feelings.
With they being said, it's hard to come away from this loss with the sense the Browns are further away than many thought.
The collapse at each tackle created a chain reaction of chaos in the OL. I'm not sure Chubb would've faired much better.
It sucks feeling like they need two tackles AND a QB.
