When Kareem Hunt got suspended after the video came out of his physical altercation in a Cleveland hotel lobby, and Kansas City cut him, did the contract become null and void, thus KC didn't have any salary hit because of it?

Florio has never ever written or spoke anything bad about the Houston Texans' blatant enabling of DW to commit these "massage crimes."
Watson certainly was his own worst enemy, but remember the Texans set up his hotel rooms. How they got to keep those 3 #1 picks remains a complete mystery to me ( I'm not saying the Browns should have them back).
Regarding the "new allegations," I suspect a cash grab.

I've always thought the whole timing of the allegations was very, very interesting regarding the Texans. And this coming out right after a horrible opener is, well, what conspiracy theories are made of.

It happened allegedly in Oct 2020, so would the league apply stuff for one that far back that seems bent on destroying a career? And where was this person when the others from that time got settled?

I would love to get rid of Watson, but....unless there's some sort of proof of this assault I don't see anything happening. I despise the stupid trade. Likely the worst trade in the history of all sports, and I've never liked Watson or considered him to be an elite qb. But....if this is a fabricated accusation, whoever initiated it, should be put away. Anybody can accuse anybody else of anything with no proof.
