Your mama’s a man.
This is a public service announcement. Stating that you are not as safe as you think hiding behind a screen.
I would save the little keyboard warrior act for someone else.

Dun dun dunn…
To whom should l direct my little keyboard warrior act? It’s a really shitty act. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.
Seriously though, l appreciate your involvement here. Some rough and tumble banter is part of the gig. I consider it therapy. You’re allowed to dish it out too. You’re among the toughest fans in pro sports here.

Look on the bright side, Stefanski most likely will be fired by week 11.
Look on the bright side, Stefanski most likely will be fired by week 11.
And Berry right after the season is over? If Watson continues to put up 9.4 QBRs.... That will go down in NFL annals as one of the worst, if not THE worst trade in League history.
After time to reflect and parse through a few clips here and there, it truly can't be stated how awful Watson was. I don't think it's dramatic in the slightest to already be considering the bench and let someone better suited to run this offense in Winston have the helm. I get the O-Line had a well below average to even bad game. But explain to me how Matt Stafford somehow still gets the job done with an even worse line, Puka out, etc? Because he's actually at a franchise level.
There's no zip on the throws. There's no accuracy on the throws. Hell, the one deep ball to whoever it was literally (and I mean literally) was thrown 10 yards out of bounds with a clean pocket. On top of all of that, the man the mentally broken. You can just see it in his face- he's washed, it's over and everyone knows it.
I don't care it's week one, blah blah blah. Everyone is clinging on to one half of decent football last year to pretend like this isn't an absolute clown car. The fact of the matter is the next month is set up very nicely to take advantage of some wins (Giants, Commanders, and Raiders in particular). Make the right call, it's pretty straight forward.
I think you'd have to go back to the days of Brandon Weeden to find a performance that crappy. Putrid is too kind a word. ZERO accuracy on any deep passes- ten years out of bounds, ten yards over the receiver's head on one down the middle. That game was hard to watch.
The Browns are gonna have to make tough decisions or we will begin to witness the mass exodus of games before halftime.. Yeah.. The Browns were stupid enough to guarantee his contract... But at some point... You have to look rationally and admit... This isnt working... And swallow some pride...
Nickers, I saw somewhere the Browns could take a $72 million cap hit next year to get rid of their albatross. Not unheard of, Denver ate $85 million in dead money to say sayonara to Russell Wilson.

I am good with you and welcome some shit talk if it has some relation to sports. But not boring childish drivel with no purpose. That isn't "tough" It's a waste of time and energy. Again we are good though.
I go on the Vikings and Bears forums. There is some real powerful hatred and jealousy from their side. They have had their souls crushed by the Packers for several decades. But some good football conversations can come from that.
Now, don't get me wrong, those 2 fan bases are mostly pathetic and butthurt, but some have half a clue about football at least.
On to the Jags for the Browns and Colts for the Packers. This thread is much pretty much dead.

Just another quick fun facts from this turd sandwich we call a QB
-Despite being hit 17 times, Watson ranked top 10 in time to throw under pressure. The line played below average but Watson made them look like a high school unit based on his decision.
-Browns ran pre-snap motion on only 12% of their plays, by far the lowest in the NFL (outside of tonight, which I guarantee won't change that number). The only other teams close were Denver and Carolina, both trying to keep the game simple for their young guys.
This is a perfect example of what transpired. That's not a bad pocket, that's not bad routes, that's a QB giving up.

Coming into today I personally saw this season as a losing one (picked the Browns to go 7-10) due to our lack of talent at QB, our best player (arguably) not being able to play a full season while completely unsure if he will resemble what he once was (if anyone can, it's Nick) as well as a very tough schedule.
^ That being said, it's not going to be easy to watch, but it's one that probably has to happen in order to have the 1/4 billion dollar mistake finally be someone else's problem.
Hopefully I'm just full of shit and don't know what I'm talking about, but I never saw a snap after the midway point of quarter 3 today and have a really bad feeling for what awaits.

So who are you picking at #1 overall since it appeared yesterday we really are the worst team in the whole NFL?

Probably just repeating what others have said on the preceding 9 pages of this thread: This was a complete ass whooping on all three phases, Offense, defense and ST. Embarrassing performance and during the game got calls from non fans to dump Deshaun. However well he eventually performs we should draft a QB, like KC did with Alex Smith.

Stefanski seems completely baffled in attempting to run an offense that practically every high school can figure out how to run now.
He's a play-action, run kind of heavy, multi-TE at times offensive guy.
The Browns sold their souls on a guy who doesn't fit Stefanski's offense and whose head coach has zero idea how to replicate the offense that does.
Ugh, fine. We’ll fight then. Meet me behind the Cheesecake Factory after school.
I don’t think we disagree on anything. Stefanski is handicapped with this whole thing and l’m sure if he had his druthers he’d roll with any other QB on the roster than Watson.
But he’s obligated to milk Watson’s chapped titties until it’s very very very clear that nothing good is coming outta them.
Stefanski will be better off because of this challenge. We’re talking about a guy who won coach of the year as many years as not working with a weird patchwork of a QB situation.

Can we meet somewhere else?
Pretty sure Kvoethe would be there with knee pads on, hoping against hope that Baker would return to the Cheesecake Factory once more... Kind of like Linus in the pumpkin patch, waiting on the Great Pumpkin. ?

That's way above my pay grade Tex! I'll have to stay in my lane and let others here map that course out. I'm thinking 1/4 Billion Dollar Baby has 4-6 more games in him before he is benched forever so we won't be picking at 1, but probably in the top 10 however.
Nick is the only dude on a white horse that is coming to save us and if anyone can, it's him.... baddest MoFo on the team.

The problem with everyone in high places is the inability to admit failure.
Today, the buck stops nowhere.
Whatever the Browns do, they will package it as an "OMG, this decision is just fantastic for everyone.
Here is the problem, not just with the Browns , but will keep it here for now. There are no reporters who rip into stories and get the real truth. Basically, they write whatever is told to them by the organization and then disseminate it to the public.
Next, you have dickhead fans taking this horseshit and discussing it as though they are right there inside the organization.
Film analysts, scouts, financial experts..We have them all here.....of course non of these goofy cocksuckers actually have jobs where their "astute" skills apply.
Watson is in Cleveland because of Dee Haslam and her Mandingo/DEI fetish. There was absolutely nothing related.to football that brought this piece of shit to Cleveand.
Depodesta calls the plays. ShitMyPantski is a coffee fetcher.
THAT is the story to be written about. Simple investigation. Let Tony Grossi wear headphones for a game. Of course, that would upset the experts here who know better.
