The stupidness of those two plays could be studied in text books.

Those were "concepts of plays" stupid.

I’m fine with the sneak try, but the 4th down play was wild.

The fact this is a game is fucking wild.

  • They sure do need a burner outside

  • That’s game.

  • Fucking perfect pass hit TIllman between the 1 and the fucking 9 and he drops it.

    Game over.

  • It’s pretty poetic that the best pass by Watson all day gets dropped in that situation.

    Eh, kinda toasty

    Haha

  • Bad game but we still had  a chance to win it in the 4th quarter. "Locked on Browns" had hinted that our O line was pretty bad with hitherto dependable Bitonio being easily bull rushed by nobodies. Giants exploited that mercilessly. So now out 3 starting O line men and possibly Myles? Finally Cedric Tillman sucks.

They were completely out coached in the first half. Second half was better, but not good enough against a team we should’ve beat.

  • With the injuries and the likely impact next week…this was two Ls in one week

  • I didn't see the game, but I had the Giants getting 6.5, so I was good either way.

Browns will be fine. On to Las Vegas

    Depodesta called them.

  • Why do we use motion so little?

Ask Depodesta. He calls all.the plays.

  • I'm glad I spent the last three hours sitting in the surf of the beach instead of watching these clowns be shitty.

  • Wills, Conklin and Hudson all out.

Offensive Tackle position is a freaking disaster right now. And I don't feel like saying freaking if you know what I mean.  I'm still trying to wrap my head around why/how someone thought in the offseason before 2023 - "hey let's extend Conklin's contract." Exactly when is he going to put the pads on?  Week 16 or 17?

Bitonio has to be thinking - it sure would have been nice to know that if I was going to be out there protecting the edge on the blind side of QB - that I could have conditioned my body for it. As an Offensive Guard going against 330-340 lb DTs he trains to have more girth and power; so he strength & conditions for it as well what type of diet he follows. That said, if he's a Tackle facing quicker athletes on the edge that weigh between 250 & 275, they don't want all that extra body weight packed on restricting their agility/lateral movement etc.  That requires months of preparation - not 1-2 weeks notice. To be honest, Bitonio was actually the least of our worries today at LT after an initial shock or 2

This is a huge red flag for anyone that would ever contemplate playing QB here for what this ownership would have planned or not planned for their next choice. No thanks!  Jimmy thinks he's throwing off the stench having Assistant Coaches/Coordinators fired. I have a feeling Bill Callahan couldn't wait to bolt.

We don't have any OTs and today it looked like our RG Teller got hurt.  Pocic had to play 1 Guard, Zitner player the other Guard while Nick Harris was back at Center.  Wills is going to milk out the injured knee from last year for the rest of this year.  That's fine with me - there were plays he hit nobody anyway...

    Just wow man!

  • watching Fields play QB for the stoolers is making me sick

The ball comes out quick, on time and on target. Watson does NONE OF THOSE THINGS

The Steelers are a football franchise. They have a head coach, the Browns are a business venture. They have a head coffee fetcher

  • Wasn't home.  Just watched the condensed version.  Cooper had a good game.  Ford did the best he good and was pretty good.  But he didn't help the QB on that fumbled handoff.

Emerson Jr had a bad stretch of plays.  Newsome had 3 tackles and some misses.

#58 Jordan Hicks is around the ball a lot (8 tackles).  Delpit lead the team with 10 and JOK 9.

The D wasn't great, but not bad considering they had to play a half quarter longer than the NY D.

Wills' 1st game back since way back into last season, limited in practice all week, and it showed at times.

It's just a matter of time before Watson gets hurt again.  He didn't have great protection, but sometimes he held the ball and finally fired when the window was closing shut.  He made some inaccurate throws...but it wasn't as bad as last week.  Which wasn't as bad as the first week.  Remember, he's got this year to play and work himself into form.  He has to keep showing progress.  ( I would not call this a great game by Watson )

This was a game that we weren't supposed to lose.  At least it was an NFC team.
