He won’t throw it. He never hits the back foot and rips it. It’s always a pump here, look there, and sack

    Play calling is overrated.

What the hell happened to the Eagles offense?

It wasn't that long ago they were a high-flying outfit, going to the Super Bowl.

So many QBs start their careers off with a bang nowadays, then hit a brick wall. So much hype now for Jayden Daniels...

I'll get excited about Daniels when he's still playing like this in his fifth, sixth seasons.

Seems like the defensive coordinators figure guys out.

Which is why I don't want a QB in the draft who is a better athlete than a QB.

At the end of the day, QBs who last a long time in the NFL are the ones who can stand in the pocket, read defenses and make the smart throw. Guys who got far in high school and college off their athleticism tend to level out in the NFL because they never had to actually learn the Xs and Os of playing QB. Their covered that part with their legs.

You want them to call some slow-developing pass play designed to gain 12+ yards from their own endzone with this OLine?

    That's an interesting idea.

  • Just put in the crab leg bandit, Watson at home v Cincy is going to be a bottlegate situation

The college game also doesn’t let the QB call the plays in a huddle. They all look to the sideline for the calls.
Plus the college game doesn’t produce those pocket guys anymore. They are almost all dual threat guys

    That is true.

That's why it is important to get with the college QBs and see who you think could do it. Who can read defenses. Who can play under center and not shit their knickers when they have to turn their back to the opposing defenses during play fakes, etc.

    Makes QB evaluation even harder.

I do not mind a runner as long as he can throw intelligently and accurately  But he must be able to THROW

  • Once again HE WONT THROW THE BALL

  • Finally a 3rd down conversion

  • Nice Pierre

  • As if getting sacked wasn’t enough, we have to get a delay of game penalty

Need a QB that isn’t going to run RPO. If he can escape fine, but having designed Qb runs I don’t like

Right now we have  a QB who cannot throw.  No offense (even a wishbone )works with that

I want a coach that won’t call that crap. Even if the QB can do it

They don't run the wishbone, they run the triple option.
