Day 3 Saturday 2025 NFL Draft

[Dutch Oven]

Browns select with pick #144 QB Shedeur Sanders, Colorado.

Holy fucking shit.

[LondonBrown]

Hahaha I’ll never understand this organisation

[tiamat63]

Kirk cousins.

[TexasAg1969]

Very strange even for the Browns. Daddy better have gotten the message, "Hands off!"

I agree

[MLD Woody]

Woooooow. Interesting

[Browns149]

So now they have 4 qbs. WTF ARE THEY THINKING?

[tiamat63]

They didn't think he'd fall this far.  Now the risk is almost nothing should they cut him.

Minimum draft capital. Might have a quality QB.

If anything, it’s getting worse as I age

[MLD Woody]

Godspeed Joe Flacco teaching the whole QB room lol

[Bowser76]

We now have 5 QBs on the roster (4 who we expect to play) - Flacco, Pickett, Sanders, Gabriel, Watson, We know Watson is gone. Does this mean we keep 4 QBs on the roster?

[Orion]

I'm glad it was us!   I don't care whether it was smart or not.  I'm pulling for this fuckin' kid!!!  I hope he handles himself with a humbled pride, but pride none the less.

[Axe]

Dang!

I don't get it

[Dutch Oven]

Honestly at #144, it's a lottery ticket.

If he causes any problems, he's a 5th round pick you cut without thinking about it. I absolutely hated the idea of taking him #2 overall, but #144?

Sign me up.

Makes me really not like the Gabriel pick now though ?

Watson get on IR for the season and is not going to be on the 53. And he's gone in 2026.

[Dutch Oven]

I'm not going to say this is going to be a successful season, but the 2025 Browns season will not be boring.

Rookies battle vs Pickett.  You can stash one on protected practice squad if you want to carry 3.  Or you can cut Pickett.

Options are always good and the Browns just set themselves up with options.

[Axe]

Do Gabriel and Sanders both make the 53?

Or which goes to the PS.

I think Discount Drug mart just sent Deion a lifetime prescription for Valium.
