    Maria Machado was elected in 2024 and tossed by voting fraud & corruption of Maduro

    She is in NO doubt ready to take the country back in leadership as soon as she is debriefed

    Apparently, Trump is not turning the country over to her. He says that we will be controlling it. He had a tactically successful military op, but this is the part that makes me anxious. Things didn't work out too great with us taking over Iraq after ousting Hussein.

    yes, early reports say the VP Delcy Rodriguez has been sworn in  

    and imo is complicit with the drug cartel activities as maduro.

    good thing the US has the country locked down - i mean capturing the VP elect wont be hard 

    unless she is still hiding in Russia?

    If you love your country then you would love the fact that the illegal crossings have essentially stopped and the crime rate has decreased…but your affliction with Trump Derangement Syndrome prohibits you from seeing the good.     That's a very noble take, I'm the same way.

    I'm not a fan of these aggressive strikes by the USA, but I will reluctantly trust those in charge, they know a lot more than I do.

    Now you're not debating fairly. We are on Venezuela in this topic, we can start pointing to a lot of things Trump has done right but then we'll both be getting off topic.

    There is a general thread for Trump if you just want to vent over random things.

    It’s basically different “experts” waxing poetic about what happens next. That will be the important part. I get the impression Venezuela has been mismanaged for so long that it’s going to take a shit ton of effort to steer it to a better place, and if we’re running it now, are we up to the task?

    We’ve seen how things can go with Iraq and Afghanistan. 

    Some of these experts seem to think we have set some sort of precedence for other super powers to do the same in their own spheres, which could mean bad news for places like Ukraine and Taiwan. 

    I gotta admit from a tactical military perspective it was quite the feat and l hope to read about the nuts and bolts of how it went down in the coming weeks.

    Iraq seems to be going fairly well.  Still have bases there and an embassy.  Or course the liberals hate anything Trump accomplishes.
