It's a paraphrase of Hassan Piker paraphrasing Nick Fuentes about victims of Epstein. I'm guessing it's to suggest people that would differentiate between CPB and ICE would likely defend pedophilia.
Oddly enough, it showed up on my youtube shorts last night. Not sure why it's been correlated here, but then again nothing surprises anymore.

I’ll tell you what’s different.
What is different is that it was ICE specifically, a group you called a bunch of cowboys that has been under intense scrutiny , not border control agents.Had two ICE agents rather than two border agents pumped 10 bullets into the rioter, it would help support your views and would further enflame your disdain for them.………..and I would be the one being disappointed, having to consider that you may have a point.
