Take a peek at the State of Ohio in general in regards to coaching talent. Between coaches that got their start or spent a great deal of their more formative years at schools within the state, it's a truly impressive list.

My late Uncle played for Miami at the same time as Bo Shembechler, said Bo never really was well-liked by team mates, but he was a good player.
It is truly amazing the influence Paul Brown had on football. A true innovator and teacher.
