Didn't have the slightest clue, had to google it. But I remember that fact from a report on roller coasters I did in 8th grade. Damn, that was awhile ago.

                        Here is this week's trivia,:

OK, here are the answers to Wed. trivia since it has been over 48 hours since posted:

                        1. The Browns are having an historically bad statistical season along with everything else. When was the last season a Browns team led the league in a statistical category, i.e. either most offensive yards/points, or fewest defensive yards points. Give year and category ***

In 1994 the Browns led the lead in fewest average points per game surrendered. Of course they made the playoffs that year.

                        2. Derrick Anderson is having, to date, an historically bad season with his current passer rating of 40.6, which, if continued at that rate would be the worst season ever for a Browns QB. The question is which Browns starting QB (a QB starting at least 1/2 or more of the Browns games) has had the worst passer rating for a season for a season. Give QB and year. **

I am surprised no one had a guess on this: It was Mike Phipps in 1974 with a 46.7 rating (but note that in 1956 Tommy O'connell had a rating of only 41.6, but he only started 5 of the 12 games for the Browns. George Ratterman started 4 and Babe Parilli 3 for the team that year.

                        3. Which country in history has won the most medals in the Summer Olympics? In the Winter Olympics? *

Summer: USA, USA. Winter: Norway (Note though that the Olympics does not consider the old Soviet Union and Russia to be the same country)

                        4. Who is the NBA's all time leader in career free throw percentage made? *

Mark Price at a .9039 career rate.

                        5. Who is the Cavalier's all time leader in free throw percentage made? **

However, for now Mo Williams in his career with the Cavs is hitting free throws at .9120 rate, better than Price's Cavs mark. Overall though Price's full career mark is better.

                        6. Only 1 relief pitcher in history has appeared in all 7 games of a 7 game World Series. Name the pitcher and the year.****

This is Darold Knowles of the Oakland As in the 1973 World Series against the Mets. Only guy to ever pitch in all 7 games of a 7 game World Series.

                        7. What player has played in the most World Series games in his career? *

Yes, the Poet Laureate of Baseball, the Socrates of the Diamond: Yogi Berra 75 games.

                        8. The Yankees in the AL and the Cardinals in the NL have won the most world series in history. The question is which AL team and which NL team have won the second most World Series in history? **

In the AL the Philadelphia/Oakland As have won 9 WS. (5 in Philly, 4 in Oak.). In the NL, the Dodgers have won 6 WS (5 in LA, 1 in Brooklyn)

                        9. How many MVP awards have been won by Shaquille O'Neal and LeBron James combined? *

                        Two, one each.

                        10. Which town had the very first roller coaster in the USA? ****

Yes, Mauck Chank PA, now known as Jim Thorpe, PA.

                        11. Who ran the world's first 4 minute mile? **

Roger Bannister of England in 1954
