Early reports say the woman said the assailint was 6'5" and 241 pounds. (The exact height and weight of Ben according to the Steelers website roster) I'm sure this women just has good estimating skills......
The woman claims the attack happened in the bathroom of what is being described as a "high class bar". This "high class bar" likely has video cameras that could easily prove if Ben ever entered the woman's bathroom. Some of the tons of fans and other who were their claim Ben only had one beer and never noticed him vanishing for a long period of time or entering the women's bathroom.
These early reports might not all be entirely true and at this point its still too early for even the court of public opinion to even start to thing of a verdict.

At this point their are no confirmed witnesses and no named suspects.

That agruement is going to be made a lot in the near, but I don't think its entirely right. It the first instance he called the front office to fix his TV. Calling the front office of a huge casino and having them send up a worker to fix his tv doesn't really seem like risky behavior on Ben's part.
From what is known so far about this second accusation, Ben was with a group of atleast 3 other people, he was in a crowded public place, and its probably safe to assume what has been described as a "high class club" has good security with a safe atmosphere. It wasn't like he was alone with her in his car. There is still a lot unkown about the second case, but from first impression it seems as if he with friends with atleast some of the people in his group. He was it what seems to be a safe public place and as of now all reports say he wasn't drunk. Thats a lot different from DUI, hanging out with people convicted of murder with an illegal gun and hard partying at strip clubs Mr. Pacman.
Its still early in the Ben case and any number of things can change, but what is Ben supposed to do? Sit in his house alone all day? You can't blame him for having fun, as long as he doesn't make any bad decisions.

Most of the people on here who are declaring him a rapist are doing it becuase he's a Steeler, not becuase they honestly believe it. I know its mostly in good fun but with such a serious accusation it can seem rather pitiful from a Steelers fan point of view. Saying he's gay or he is a wimpy player is 3rd grade name calling that doesn't do harm. If he's actually found guilty its all a different story, but he has never even been name a suspect in a sexual assult case in his life.
It's still early in this case and many things from intial rumors/reports will likely change. I agree with you, if any intial rumor will change it's likely the one about him only having one beer. Ben 6'5" and 240 pounds. He could probably chug a six pack and not feel buzzed. I don't see a problem with him drinking as long as he kept from getting drunk. That's when most of the trouble starts for celebrities.
On another note, police confirmed the accuser was 20 years old. From what I hear (and where you would expect millionaires to be) this was a club, not some local cheap bar/resturant. Since when are 20 years olds allowed in clubs that serve alcohal. Maybe the place is one of those family friendly, all ages type place, but that's not what you would expect from a "club". Police believe this girl was in the group traveling with Ben. Even if the assult charge falls through, I can see some issues with underage drinking arising against all parties.
