I am not jumping the gun nor posting it like it happened. Adam Schein confirmed it. It's just weird that it's hasn't leaked to another.

This better NOT BE TRUE... why does everyone think Bradford is the best thing since sliced bread?! he was a good college qb... but not great. And he's a spread offense qb.. name me successful college qbs who ran spread offenses and are also successful in the nfl. The ONLY one (and this is a HUGE reach) would be alex smith. Stay at 7!! This would be a GREAT trade for the rams.

Supposedly more than a few teams are and one of them (granted also a Rumor) is the Steelers. Either way the Stains will have to unload A LOT to get the number one pick in the draft. It's a bold move because as others have said on this very board, if Bradford doesn't pan out in this scenario the franchise is set back yet again.

Oh really? What about Drew Brees? He ran the spread offense in college and was successful in college and is successful in the NFL.

Who would have been a fine QB had he not landed with the Browns. The Browns were in a whirlwind at that point. I'd say if you transplanted a rookie Couch in to the league right now with a Browns organization on the mend you'd have a franchise QB. He just came out at the wrong time. You can't blame Couch. I also believe Bradford is legit.

i'd hate it too...if he sucked.

can you imagine them trading up to #1 for anyone else than bradford? it would have to be for him.

if true the QB guru's cred is on the line for about the 5th time in as many months.

it's clear this new regime has no problem making a decision.

I respectfully disagree. This team has a strong running game and a pretty good pass blocking line. Add another receiving threat and there will be weapons to use. Plus, if the browns picked up bradford he won't be thrown in immediately, he will be given time to learn first

First time in 3 years the #1 pick wasnt signed before the draft. There leaving it open for a possible trade, I just hope it aint us. I like the draft to much to have it over before it starts lol

I agree with him but remember he did say that there was a 100% chance Holmgren would fire Mangini.

I have Espn insider and says nothing about this trade happening. Unless you have it in writing it never happened. Simple as that.
