So you tell me who will win in a 10 game series and I will say, it depends, but in the end the score is the only factor in determining the winner. What did Garrett REALLY change? Was it his shirt, his shorts, his hair, the play calling, the defense.......?????? Something, in the firing of Wade Phillips, caused that team to change from one week to another.
Why were the Browns able to beat the Pats and Saints, but yet lost to lesser teams right after that?

I still think, given the nature of the division, Gruden would've been a good hire. Although Shurmur's scheme fits better with Cleveland's personnel, and I think Gruden and Holmgren would eventually involve themselves in a battle of egos.
