Which part of the total bullshit on this thread has to do with football or being sore losers.............

Grow up folks.......Ben is a big time player we could of had him instead we traded up for Kellen Winslow under the dumbfuque regime

Now get on with football and hope McCoy can carry Ben's jock strap or better so we do not get our ass throttled for six more years

Sad .........Sad .....Sad a dumb fuquing thread with dumb fuqing responses

I made a statement in 2004 when we passed on Ben and gave a away a second to get brain dead Winslow that it was a dark day in Browns history........the sorta whining here is not going to fix stupidity but requests more

We fans could have second guessed every draft pick the Browns have made for the last 40 years. Don't know why you think passing on BR is any more special of a pass than the hundreds of other passes we made.

Hell, this is a team that passed on Tom Brady to take Spergeon Wynn.

Stepped back from message boards from awhile, this shit is ridiculous.

SJ, how many guys do you know that don't "prey on drunk girls" to get laid? Don't act like nobody on earth besides the Steelers QB does that.

Anyway, Ben is clearly using this to revamp his image. But like Homotron and someone else said, who really gives a f!ck?

I also think it's unfair to say he's using it to revamp his image. You don't get married and try and keep things hush/hush to revamp your image. They've also been off and on for a long time now. I'd say he went a long way to revamp his image since his return to the field and your first argument has been my own for a while, not to mention how ridiculously aggressive women are now sexually. Water over the dam.

Dude: He is the QB of the Pittsburgh Steelers. There ain't nothing he can do about revamping his image of that mar on his reputation short of retiring or getting traded.

Anything else he does to demonstrate deviancy is secondary to that particular character flaw.

He could go to the Kansas City Chiefs and become the Marquis de Sade and no one here could care, but being the QB of the Steelers alone is enough to drag him into the dirt.

      Capiche?

She doesn't live in Pittsburgh or Pittsburgh proper and New Castle is further than 35 minutes away. It still doesn't negate the sh.it show in this cute thread or why anyone cares about the article outside of Pittsburgh to begin with....oooooo right haters gonna hate. Unfortunately for some of you it's the same usual suspects starting the mindless threads. The place has been void of anything Steeler for what almost 2 months? Some things never change.

And yes Newcastle is Steeler country, most of PA is outside of Philly, but I doubt her address says Pittsburgh like mine for example. Twas my point.

Its only mindless to you because you and your Ilk will go the extra mile to defend the prick...no surprise...and yes New Castle is 35M away...My stepmother was born there.

no, it's mindless because it shows a total lack of working logical thought process on your part. it's mindless drivel that you guys spew because it's you most hated (and secretly admired) rival. anyone that has done even the slightest bit of objective research into the Ben case knows that both those charges were bogus. hell, i think the lawyer that filed charges for the first lady is about to be de-bar'd for allowing a fraudulent lawsuit go as far as it did and with his personal knowledge that it was false.

now on the subject of new castle and it's distance from pittsburgh? this is pulled directly from yahoo maps starting at Heinz Field (down town Pittsburgh) and going to the New Castle exit.....................Trip distance: 60.26 mi Time: 1 hr 7 mins.................so you're either wrong, or a liar. either one is no way to go through life buddy.

        .

no, i feel (as do most of the Steeler "trolls" on this board) that you post most of this stuff because you're a bitter fanbase that has nothing better to do than try and tear down other teams who are your betters. i think your whole "dogpound" wishes secretly every nite that they had a franchise that was even a quarter as competent as the Steelers organization is. and i think it's eats you guys up to see every year your team rebuilding while again drafting in the top 10 picks while we keep plowing on as an elite team and annually a competitor for the superbowl.

but hey, that's just my opinion.

with all i've heard about Big Ben being a rapist and i go to a online sex offender registry and look up cleveland and Pittsburgh and what do i find? cleveland has a CRAP load more sex offenders (and expecially child molesters) than Pittsburgh.......over 4X as many over all. 2055 of them to Pittsburgh's 421. www.familywatchdog.us better never hear one of you date raping, can't get a woman with my tiny peep unless i hold her down, child molesting hypocrits say anything else about Ben.

And Columbus is an hour from itself if you drive from the west corp limit to the east corp limit on Broad Street without traffic.

Not sure what this argument about geography is all about. New Castle PA sits squarely inside the 75 mile radius of the Steelers stadium that the NFL decrees is a team's natural home base. Note however, that it actually only sits a couple of miles or so outside of the 75 mile radius for Cleveland. It does not sit in the overlap of the team's market area as do Youngstown, Sharon PA, and Columbiana.

Note this also: Meadville PA sits outside the 75 mile radius of both cities, but is actually Slightly closer to Cleveland than it is to Pittsburgh. And Erie PA is outside the 75 mile radius of both cities, and is actually closer to Cleveland than to Pittsburgh....However, it actually lies closer to Buffalo than either Cleveland or Pitts.

And FYI, as the crow flies, Cleveland Browns stadium is actually closer to Ford Field in Detroit than it is to Heinz Field. There is greater overlap of the Detroit/Cleveland markets than there is the Cleveland/Pittsburgh markets. However, most of that overlap territory between Detroit and Cleveland sits over Lake Erie. The only decent sized cities that sit in the overlap between Cleveland and Detroit are Sandusky and Port Clinton.

Since I grew up in Youngstown and played golf in Castle Hills in New Castle more than once and have been a fan of both the Steelers and Browns since the fifties .............I still find this thread hilarious. First for a great poster Gipper, for your information which you found time to piss on me about drating, I usually do not come out big time and say things like "this will be a dark moment in Browns History" I only said it once to be exact, and that is when Butch Dufus Davis went brain dead and passed on Ben and gave up a second to select the greatest ever do nothing Kellen Winslow. Now onto to next point, a franchise QB, which Ben is, is the key to winning championships, so piss on that all you want keep drafting and signing fat nose tackles and ordinary OL guys, winning does NOT start in the trenches it starts with skill players who touch the ball, Third, New Castle is not far from Cleveland and maybe no closer to Cleveland than Pittsburgh. Fourth, why are we even having a whiner thread whining about a WINNER (ben) and just keeping on pissing in the wind. We blew it when we did not draft this Ohio guy, get over it and hope Coy can step up.

what was the greatest of all franchises in football and the greatest of fans has deteriorated into whining assholes...........the Cleveland Browns sad to say...........NOW snap out a be tall and win

we need to be better than that

Offense Wins.......Franchise QB's are the key.............Defense keeps you in the game.........Go Buckeyes

We? Sorry, you won't find many who are fans of both the Stoolers and the Browns. You're probably the only one who tried to jump ship but didn't quite make it. Most people pick sides instead of being a pussy.

They eliminated the Draft in 1975. To date, that is still the only lottery that I have won. I had a 292. Anyone around my age will always remember their draft lottery number.

....err, or, you meant the NFL draft?

Oh....Nevermind. (and it was about 1975 that Emily Laticia uttered those immortal words)
