I did 5 years active and 6 in the guard, and they showed up at one of our funerals and we were ordered not to engage them on any topic or disturb them.

Oh my friend I would not be that nice to them. Id follow them back to their cars, hotel whatever. They would remember that funeral forever, that was the day some of their members never made it back home. They would describe the scene as grusome and Id carve my service buddies name into them (just for fun). You better do your freedom speech somewhere else motherfkr.

I don't get what you said though. Are we pretending those schools are all just as good as Michigan? (Case is pretty good though). Or are you saying they would have stayed in state?

I am saying those schools are all better than Michigan....academic wise and that if it weren't for football they would have attended one of those schools possibly. And FYI, by not posting photos you are holding up the parade. This is Dickheads on parade.

Did I stutter? Those are small, liberal arts colleges so in their niche, yes, they are considered better. They don't have things like business schools, engineering schools, tech schools etc. etc. that a larger university would have.

dude i don't care what you guys do for fun. i'm not knocking video games. half my 'young' friends are addicted to the shit.
i was just ranting about the fact that michiganwoody scolded a poster about wanting to 'take out' those scumbag protesters that applaud our troops getting killed right outside the cemetary gates. the fact that he doesn't know what it's like to get shot at or to see one of your brothers-in-arms dragged bloody in pieces into a medivac heli. instead he's studying engineering at one of the best schools in the country.
a lot of people these days don't have the money themselves or daddy with the gold-fleeced pockets, or didn't get the scholarship or the grades to get into college. so to make a living and support their family they look towards the military as a way to do so, knowing that at any moment they could be in the middle 'of the shit'.
it's one thing to get fragged in 'call of duty'. it's another to get fragged on some rock in the desert and see the lights go out.
