I know this may be a subject more for the offseason....but, it is still just preseason, so I will do this anyway. A debate is always ongoing about what the greatest team of all time is. Well here is your chance to weigh in. I am going to do an NCAA Tournament type Bracket and allow you all to vote for your choices amongst the contestants.
I have chosen what I think are probably the 24 best teams from NFL history to compete. Of these 24 I have chose 8 to get byes. I will tell you those 8 at the end. Sixteen teams will play off in the first round....then the winners of those 16 matches will face the teams that got the first round bye.
Here are the first round matchups. You choose who you pick, by noting it somehow. After a few days, I will terminate the voting and declare the first round winner:
Round 1:
Game 1:
2007 Patriots 16-0
vs
2004 Patriots 14-2

I know this is a Browns board, but I think you have too many Browns teams listed..I'll just nail my ending now.....85 Bears kick ass all the way to the end.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. -

I only have 2. There are also 2 Pats, 2 Redskins, 3 Packers, 3 Bears, 2 49ers, so I don't think I was overly generous to the home team vis a vis other teams.

Yup... that was last year's result IIRC...

Hate to tell ya, Gimp, but ESPN did this years ago with "Dream Bowl" running all the greatest teams and match-ups through the computer no less.
Guess who won?
Don't know, don't care. This is for patrons of this board to make their choices. Why didn't you make your choices?
