No, you're wrong again. Sure Weeden sucked, but so did our defense in the second half. It's a team game.

The only way I can see us winning is for the defense to get two turnovers per game and for Benjamin to return one punt per game.
I hope Weeden gets in a car accident on his way home tonight, because that's the only way we'll be able to get a decent QB under center from here on out.

1. Weeden is the stupidest quarterback in the history of mankind. That play was just unthinkably ridiculous. I would play ANYBODY ahead of him. I'd sign Leinart or Young or Quinn or anybody who feels like playing. Honestly, I'd cut him tonight. He's that bad.
2. Buster Skrine was the best player in an orange helmet today. No doubt. Pretty sure that's not a good thing. Our pass rush was lame and our quarterback is right there at the very bottom of the league... and that's a formula for suck. You can't compete in this league without a serious quarterback when the rules are so slanted for a good offense to beat a good defense.

I am at the point where I would seriously consider brining in Matt Flynn or seeing how much it would cost us to bring in Kirk Cousins. I know we are drafting a QB next no matter who we bring in but it is bad for my health to watch Weeden play. Playing Weeden is tanking the season. I want someone to at least give us a chance to win. I have no faith in Weeden.

I only had audio so I had one question. Weeden obviously sucks, but why did Horton and co do NOTHING to contain Reggie Bush in the second half? Jesus it seemed like every 3rd down it was Reggie with single coverage on a LB which was lost. I get it but that matchup seemed to straight kill the Browns this afternoon.

All you guys complaining about the roughing the passer penalty listen up. That gets called 100% of the time you know why? HE LEFT HIS FEET. Roughing the passer isnt just taking to many steps and hitting the qb anymore. He did two things that are considered roughing on the play. The major one is he left his feet, the other one was that he drove him to the ground even though he let go in midair he was driving him towards the ground. If Suh did that to Weeden would have been a flag plus suspension.

yes it would have been a fine and suspension, you know why, because of his previous record of doing just what you described plus stepping on people ripping people's heads off and being the dirtiest player in the game (as voted by all players in the league).
