    i know i know, i just wanna see anyone but weeden play, i do mean anyone i have no faith in him

    and i know tebow sucks but he's more exciting than weetard, campbell must really suck if weeden still gets to play, he looks like he thinks in slow mo a constant duh expression

  • Nobody is better than weeden. At least available to the Browns. U honestlyy can't believe this regime is just making this fanbase suffer do u?? Weeden is not the worst qb we've had since 99 not even close. Actually he's probably more towards the other end of the scale when u look at all the numbers. We as a fanbase just need to ride this out one more year and for the most part looks like its going to more exciting than the previous decade. The qb in the next draft is looking more like the icing on the cake rather than the first ingredient in a long misguided rebuild.

  • i think it's safe to add t-rich to this doc and probably weeden after the seasons over, i would love for him to win every game here on out and make me wrong but meh we'll see

    Im not defending weeden here little feller. FACTS r there is no one else available for the browns to pick up or they woulda been here Sunday night. Just sit and beat it to that for a moment.

    Weedens starting , majority of us are pissed about, but REAL fans cheer anyways and don't always point at weak links like thats the only reason. Only reason I chimed in was somehow Tebow found his way back to this board.

    Any QB that doesn't turn the ball over gives us a better chance to win than Weeden.

    Problem is...we don't want to pay for a one year patch.

  • I forgot how bad the patriots thought Tebow sucked when he was in their camp, like he couldn't even make the #3 spot for them. I'd think if Weeden was in their system he'd at least make the #3...he is a practice beast afterall, looks great. It's his gametime performance that ruins everything. He's not a football player, honestly that's what i think this is all about. There's guys that play football because they have an athletic talent and they want to at least make one contract in the league which could set them for life. Then there are ball players. Guys like Manning are football players because it's their entire reason for living and they study the shit out of the game.

    I don't know what football you've been watching but Chad Pennington was one of the most efficient quarterbacks to play the game.

    And obviously the last two are jokes.

    Flynn could have easily come in and not thrown picks, just as any quarterback with half a brain can do.

    Once again, we're not looking for skill. We're looking for someone to just not fuck up.

    Hey, Colt McCoy's college highlights looked pretty good too. 🙂

    What I took away from that- most of those receivers were wide open, most of them were slow developing plays that gave Weeden time. AND ON ALL OF THEM WEEDEN HAD A TEXTBOOK POCKET TO THROW OUT OF, WHEN HE WASN'T ROLLING OUT. He's fucking phenomenal with no pressure on him- but so is every damn quarterback that makes it to the NFL level.

    The clocks are the Factory of Gladness won’t be set for Tebow time any time soon. Or ever.

    Rumors of a Tebow sighting at the Cleveland airport have sparked rumors of the Browns signing Tebow. They aren’t.

    A league source tells PFT that the Browns won’t be adding Tebow to a quarterback depth chart that is currently short on quarterback talent.

    While Browns G.M. Mike Lombardi praised Tebow during the height of Tebowmania, Lombardi said in May that Tebow doesn’t fit the current vision for the franchise.

    Even with Brandon Weeden struggling and Jason Campbell not showing enough to leapfrog the 2012 first-round pick, Tebow will continue to be unemployed by the Browns, and any other NFL team.

  • let's hope whoever 'sighted' tim tebow at the airport was either blind as a bat or didn't realize he was waiting on a connecting flight to jacksonville.
