I'm just as pissed as anybody. It was Ward who brought attention to himself with his rant (it was true what he said).
We got the lead, and our D had to step up. It did not.

Its on the D for sure. Too inconsistent. Not good against teams that throw quickly. Even with Weedz debacle 13 pts Cleveland still scores the go ahead td to Gordon, weedens 2 nd half stats are quite solid

Are you fucking kidding me...yeah Weeden sucks but we got the lead with less than 4 minutes in the game. Our great and glorious defense lead by one of the great defensive minds in all of pro football proceeded to the the worst offense in the NFL drive 80 for the game winning TD.

Weeden is not good, but he damn sure isn't responsible for losing the game. He had a decent second half. Our defense gave up 32 points against a supposedly shit team.

Agreed. Why fans on this board bash the defense boggles my mind. The D is in the top 10 in the league, and is the only reason why we're even able to stay in most games. True, Haden had that one bad play, but that happens in this game. Dude is lights out pretty much all year, and is fuckin' money. Definitely qualifies for an All Pro.
And surprisingly, this loss wasn't on the offense today either. Gordon had another 200+ yard game today, our receivers got good separation, and McGhee and Obi were strong on the run game.
This loss boils down to one person alone: Brandon Weeden. 2 INTs, a fumble, and a safety. 15 points handed to the Jags on a silver platter personally by Weeden.

Are you serious with that?? Jacksonville, as a result of HIGH ON WEEDEN, got the ball three times in the last 2 minutes and some INSIDE OUR THIRTY YARD line. We gave up the one touchdown sure - but to go back on the field with the other team already nearly in or in the red zone and ask for zero points is a lot to ask, I don't care what defense you have.

Wow. What game were you watching? Weeded gave them nearly half their points. Defense played ok, but you can't turn the ball over that many times and give them a safety.

With how "good" this defense is, they sure did get sliced in the 4th when it mattered, and weeden did the opposite. He actually played decent the 2nd half and managed drives with decent time of poss. The D let up screens, runs, deep balls, cecil burned Haden twice, not once. Kruger sucks, Robertson is hurt, Jackson isnt fast, ward sucks in coverage. They got exposed by Chad henne dude. CHAD HENNE beat the defense in the 4th qtr. i dont think a d is good when it is beat by Chad Henne with a game winning drive 80 yards after dominating the 3rd qtr. they are INCONSISTENT and are not Top 10. Where was the pass rush....AGAIN....the d is supposedly the identity of the team, its not. It did not come through after the offense came through when the game was on the line. The Jaguars beat the defense today.

Teams know how to move the ball on our defense. Get rid of it quick, screens and deep balls in the redzone we cant cover. The O scored 28 on Jags and didnt win, which means the d couldve played more like they did the 3rd qtr....but they didnt. We scored when they needed a score, but the D got roasted in the 4th. It was pretty embarrassing.
Tackling by the D today was even mediocre. We still need speed badly with our LB core and another good DT. Even the defense still has holes. We are farther away than we thought from being in contention on both sides of the ball
