I have compiled the biggest busts (from a career productions standpoint) of first round draft choices for every years since the common draft began in 1966.
Thus, here are the 2-3-4 biggest busts of every first round since then through the 2010 draft. I did not believe it fair to judge the few recent drafts quite yet:

This is done without weighting for what position these first rounder were selected. Sure a Courtney Brown say in 2000 seems like a bigger bust because he was #1 overall....but the guys mentioned for that year really, truly had lousier careers than him even.
