    LOL!

I have to agree with Taco. A victory makes all these petty complaints disappear. Every team has very good players get burned at some point every Sunday in this league. Every team targets rooks in this league for a very good reason. Every QB has an imperfect game every Sunday (I assume you saw King Manning picked off with a bad decision last Sunday late in the game). This team looks like they are on the verge of something special in the next couple of years. I plan to be part of it and I hope folks here will get the cure for Battered Browns Syndrome (BBS) and jump on board regardless of the score. Focus on the changes you DO like. I see a lot of them and it will get better.

Yeah with JFF handing out Snickers to everyone! πŸ˜›

  • The Good was having TWO first round picks.

The Bad was Trading away the fourth pick when Mike Evans was available.

The Good was getting a quarterback.

The Bad was taking Gilbert in the first round when he wasn't even the best corner in the draft.

When will this organization get serious about winning and hire competent people.

I will say this once more: Evans at #4 and if Manziel isn't there take Jimmy Garapollo or Derek Carr. After all, they don't have the balls to play a rookie quarterback. And we now have Andrew Hawkins as our number 1 receiver.

    It's not the offense

We are currently ranked 11th overall in points per game and 13th overall in yards per game.

Defense on the other hand, we are ranked 2nd to last in yards given up per game.

Petitine need to spent more time on defense and not worry about "packages for Johnny Manziel".

  • We should had taken MACK at 4 and then grab Carr or Bridgewater later...

Mack has been fock'n lights out!

"His 8.5 rating against the run is by far the best around the league, with Von Miller coming in second at a modest 5.5. Put simply, Mack has been dominant, and he’s just getting started."

Vers!!! lol so far you are the only member from the official "browns chat" forum that I have seen here yet. sorry just nice to see a familiar *tag*...hope you have been well...miss that old chat room...lots of ...umm...not seeing eye to eye in that room...was fun

  • Oh yea, I forgot. Hoyer threw behind the receiver two weeks in a row. Against the Saints, Hawkins had to come back to get the first down. If Hoyer had a stronger arm its a touchdown. Against the Ravens same thing. The receiver is wide open not a defender in sight. An easy score only Gabriel has to come back to catch the ball. It's laughable when you think about another season like the last twenty!

what's laughable is you think this was worth the time u took to type this.

ur talking completely out ur ass....the long bomb to Gabriel displayed Hoyer's deep pass ability--it went 58 yrds THRU THE AIR.

fantabulous fart fiction or shaming shart speech? agenda laden, regardless.

Should have, what if, doesn't matter now. Every team could sit there with heartburn over lost draft opportunities.

  • It's time to let it go with Haden, good lord. Everyone watching the Browns can see he's struggling this year. But the fact of the matter is 32 of 32 NFL teams would take and have Haden as a starter on their team. I don't give a shit if he's "elite", he's a very solid player who is struggling right now. The bye being early this year for the Browns is really, really good for all this. It will give Pettine and crew a chance to look at everything and get better. I'm sure that will include Haden.

great point about the bye, very good timing. 5% better for the past month makes us 3-0 rt now...and beats tennessee.

EVERYONE possesses tendencies that show up on film. offense--defense...QB's...receivers...db's everybody...including Megatrons, Ray Lewis'...the Joe Thomas' and yes even the 5th yr Joe Hadens of the world continually have things to correct.

    most certainly capable pick-sixing pro-bowl-worthy A.J. Green-dominating guys that get game-planned around.

did i mention i love me some Joe Haden? while he may not hit as hard as he would like himself to, he has come a long way since his pair of peach fuzzy years in FL and now...entering the prime of his career in only his 7th year total as a CB...he is at minimum a sure tackler who NEVER shies away from contact or the matchup no matter who it is. dude is 90% of Cleveland's swag. seriously.

everybody gets beat some times but this is definitely improvable. they need to pin point what some teams have keyed in on and make the necessary adjustments...and my prediction is they will.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.......

  • Khalil Mack would have been a very wise pick at #4 and at 26 you get Gilbert or Fuller. A quarterback in the second round like Garopallo (who looks like a good replacement for Brady) should have been the way to go. Ray Farmer's circus-like maneuvers during the draft did more harm than good. You have to have a good team before you start trading away for next year. The Browns made a statement by trading away the #4 pick for a #1 next year.

It was a lousy draft considering the huge crop of talent on both sides of the ball.

And for those who are hating on Mike Evans; there is no quarterback in Tampa!!!

Evans, Khalil Mack, Ryan Shazier, Kyle Fuller, Carr, Garapollo, kelvin Benjamin all would have fit nicely.

  • The Browns completely blew the 1st round this year but the picks of Bitonio, West, and Kirskey were all good additions.

too bad we missed out on Mack, Watkins, Evans, Shazier, Fuller, or Benjamin.

As much as I loved Sammy, when Mack was available at 4, I had to set Sammie aside.

That said, I still like the move we made trading down.

Seemed like only two weeks ago accounts were that Mack was looking lost on the field... Wonder what changed???

  • They've played 3 games. 3 fucking games.

    They've played 3 games. 3 fucking games.

No the fuck they haven't. It's not just 3 fucking games.

Joe Haden has been here for 5 seasons and looks like dogshit.

Phil Taylor has been here for 4 seasons and looks like dogshit and never does anything. He was too fat for camp

Donte Whitner has been in the NFL for how long? He is collecting a retirement check.

Barkevious Mingo looks worse than both Anthony Barr and Khalil Mack who are rookies 3 games in and look good as hell.

Ahta Rubin does NOTHING and has been here how fucking long?

Justin Gilbert looks like a fucking child compared to Fuller, Roby, Dennard, and Varrett.

Our veterans suck fucking dick this year on defense and it's like nobody cares.

  • The Good- Hoyer played really well, I like the dynamic with Manziel also. It's really refreshing to see a veteran not like Hoyer in here and helping the young stallion get his legs under him. Hawkins has already been the best FA WR that we've ever had, he's also very young and hungry. He's an absolute magician running routes and his hands are exceptional. We will have a very potent WR group when Gordon returns. We put up a huge fight against Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

The Bad- We lost. Benjamin has lost his flair and his confidence, a change may be needed at returner. Haden got beat for the winning field goal, although Whitner should have been there over the top to cut him down sooner. Rookie mistakes from both the players and the Coaching Staff.

The Ugly- We're now 0-2 in the division and although we still have a lot of football left to play we need to get it in gear and turn around our record to keep us in the hunt down the stretch. Penalties, flags and bad calls from the refs- They cannot allow WRs to push off our secondary so consistently and continue to flag us exclusively.

The Forecast- We have 6 winnable games in a row coming up after the bye week and if we capitalize we could really shake things up in the AFCN.

No we just aren't panicking like little bitches. New coaches and new systems take time to implement. It's called being realistic.

I can only assume your the type to assume we'll lose if we don't win the coin flip.

It's pussies like you that give our generation, and our culture in general, a bad name.

Panicing like little bitches? Our 1st round picks from 2011-2014 are non fucking existent. Joe Haden has been trash. Whitner has been trash.

New coaches, new systems blah blah blah Andy Reid took over the 1-15 Cheifs and turned them into a playoff team. Chip Kelly did it in his first year with The Eagles. Bruce Arians with the Cardinals. Happens every year.

It's always fans like you who have a convenient excuse for losing.

By the way, pussies loved getting fucked, and The Browns defense has been fucked harder than Marcellus Wallace in Pulp Fiction.

So enjoy the losing and mediocrity ya bum!
