Upset? This is stoopid.. Upset is what I feel about all the Tax prep, regulations, and Obamacare BS I'm going thru this month on top of a start up.. This is a simple diversion from that..

I just started off giving you a small piece of advice about typical system operations, not bring confrontational but I think you took it a way that was not intended.
You would not be believe the amount of people who don't know the first thing about their security systems, and are nervous to get to know them. No disrespect intended.

When I said it's your responsibility to call them that's not trying to be a dick or anything. There are certain circumstances that they would call the police or fire service directly and not call you first. If you don't get a call you should always call them. I always tell people that. Even if you don't get confronted like you did they will end up charging you. And even I, a guy who works with this crap for a living, have had cops dispatched for false alarms.

Yes. I lived near there back in the 80's, Maple Heights. Back in day Randall Park was a huge, crowded bustling mall, but to tell the truth of its demise would be politically incorrect and offensive to apologists like Woodley.
Too bad.
Randall Park Mall became infested with black suburban hood rats...those hood rats that migrated from the inner city for the surrounding burbs such as Maple Heights, Garfield, Warrensville etc. The crime rate rose drastically in and around that mall resulting in white flight from that area.
Funny story...Had a friend who's wife worked at one of the stores Higbee's I believe....before the age of cell phones. On a weekday as she was working behind the counter, two young black girls approached her and asked if they could use the phone. She refused and gave an explanation as to why. The girls with their snarky tone immediately responded that if they were "white girls" she would let them use the phone.
My friends wife cleverly responded "If you were white girls, you'd be in school right now".
