Agree with the search focusing on OC's with ZBS background. I liked the way it came together for us.
I do find it interesting that none of this stuff around Shanny and texts and such surfaced during the season. Seems like a positive.
Not so positive is Shanny sitting down with Haslam. I would have thought Pet had complete control over his staff.

This team will only improve by drafting football players. Unfortunately, they take stabs in the dark instead of proven talent, and the gamble kicks them in the ass every single time. And...the team did improve asshat...from 4-12 to 7-9 is improving no matter how you add it up.

I would be o.k. with Trestman or Weis. They could help whoever ends up in here at the QB spot. Weis made Matt Cassel a pro bowl QB.

obviously Loggins was the main trigger for drafting Johnny Manziel so he got what he deserved. Biut Shanny this sucks

I just read that if Kyle Shanahan gets the job as head coach in Buffalo he will make a deal to trade a draft pick to take Johnny Manziel with him.

One of my customers has offered me a very nice position several times. The position would entail a nice salary increase, less travel and would be perceived by most as a step up. Why haven't I taken it? They have been my account for about 10 years. I have yet to see anyone survive that or any other management position with them for more than 2 years.
My point? Why in the hell would any good OC want to come here?
