I would rather have an owner who hires good people and lets them do their jobs but I also would rather have an owner like Haslam who is driven to win over a complacent owner. Haslam is an improvement over Randy Lerner. His downfall seems to be he is too much hands on and needs to back off. He is still a new owner. He has time to learn.

I admit I don't follow this like some here but I read from people beyond my pay grade that Farmer is a good GM and I tend to agree with them. You have look at the draft in total last year as well as some of the undrafted free agents we have gotten.

I doubt anything severe comes of this. Suspension and a small fine. A draft pick would be taking this way to far and this in no way effected on field performance.

Now if you secretly tape your oppositions hand signals or take air out of a football, that's a different story. Even if there is a forfeited pick, no way the NFL makes it a 1st rounder.

If the news is all true and comes up by Friday, that means in a week we will have seen: our best WR get suspended for a year, our 1st round pick QB go to the rehab, and our top executive suspended.

Is it too early to start drinking for this team for 2015-2016?

A fancy scoreboard gets you excited? And for some reason I always thought putting a good football team together was first priority. Maybe I need to just give up on this NFL football thing
