If the Browns are going to get a WR in FA, Maclin would be #1 on my wish list, neck and neck with Cobb IMO.

Not a prototype WR1 guy and with his injury history, this guy has trouble written all over it.

Not worth it without a good QB. Maclin by himself accomplishes nothing.
What was Harvin's stats with the Jets? How many games did the Bucs win even with 2 near-pro-bowl WR?

Yep....and they did extend him a 9m offer, which he has now turned down...
With big cap I'd grossly overpay if need be.
At $10m a year, thats exactly what we'd be doing.....grossly overpaying.....
