  • Lol, you people still think he will actually see the field? Im a realist and he has lost his magic. To him its all about worship and the more worshippers the stronger he gets. Hes done and embarrased himself into irrelevence.

  • He had 10 long weeks to study the playbook and get his mind on his future. The next few weeks will be important and very interesting. I hope if he proves ready they will give him a chance to compete.

  • Johnny has not said a word since March. There is a good chance he has learned his lesson. He has some talent and will probably do his best. We will soon know.

  • the people who say he didn't get a fair shot last year are bugging. the kid had every opportunity and he couldn't beat out hoyer. if he's not traded during the draft then we'll hit replay and let him TRY to beat out mccown.

    It can be taken two ways- I hope Manziel realized he was on the fast track to irrelevance, and decided to do something about it.

    At least from all reports- he wasn't shooting up. The ESPN talking heads were on this- Johnny is on a very short leash. I won't be shocked if the Browns draft another QB fairly high- and it won't be Mariota.

    I'm hoping that Chipie is patient early, and then as Mariota falls to 12, I hope he loses his patience and offers up a boat load to us.............. If we take Mariota (I like the kid) I'm going to turn off the TV, and call it a Browns fan career.

  • what i've seen post college career of mariota i like. i like a lot. but as the GM of the browns i wouldn't look at another QB until the 2nd or 3rd.

    get the run stoppers and the pass rushers. then get the fancy boys.

  • This really has nothing to do with this but if we are gonna have Manziel at QB I want to give Pryor another shot, might as well since Pryor's stats completely shit on JFF

    Manziel has thrown 35 passes and played 5 quarters. Anyone's stats "shit on his"

    Comparing Johnny and Pryor's first real starts you can tell that Pryor far and away was better, besides the 2 INTS
