Not wanting to sign an extension here means he doesn't want to play here. Why would I want to force someone onto my roster that doesn't want to participate

They CAN trade him, but it would take a real dumb team to give up a draft pick for a guy who costs $13 million this year, will be a UFA after the season, doesn't want to sign an extension, and hasn't played a full season but twice in his 5-year career...

I'm not saying he is another Brett Favre but, as you might recall, he was drafted in Round 2, sat on the bench in Atlanta for a year and was traded to GB for a First Round Pick after that initial season.
