  • ^ Can we fucking ban this guy?

  • Eldrick Tont Tiger Woods

  • Michael Jordan. Not for the loot, chicks, or golf. But for the unequaled ability to absolutely pwn anybody that checked him. He's the GOAT - and it's not even debatable. LeBro...who? Puh-leeze.

  • Lebron would guard MJ far better than MJ would guard Lebron.

I'd like to see 26 year old Lebron drive the basket on 26 year old MJ so everyone clutching their VCRs and Space Jam footie pajamas could get the idea.

The result would be a traveling call on James as Michael would have locked him up. MJ was a 9X NBA All-Defensive First Teamer - and the NBA Defensive Player of the Year when he was 25.

  • One on One:: It would be Jack vs. Tiger in Prime. Ali vs. Mayweather in any weight class. B-Ball to me is a Team sport, One 7 Game Series Heat vs. Bulls would be a better judge IMO..

  • Hi all. Jim Brown. Played in an era where the majority of the players he played against weren't any good plus he weighed more than 90% of the scrubs who tried to tackle him. Plus, he could get away with raping and beating woman and nothing was ever done about it. What a time!

    Go Browns!!

Idiots love to mention the size of the guys tackling him without mentioning the size of the guys blocking for him.

    Jim Brown's offensive line 1964

    RT Monte Clark 6'6, 265

    RG Gene Hickerson 6'3 248

    C John Morrow 6'3 244

    LG John Wooten 6'2 235

    LT Dick Schafrath 6'3 253

    TE Johnny Brewer 6'4 230

    Demarco Murray's offensive line 2014

    RT Doug Free 6'6 324 (+59)

    RG Zack Martin 6'4 308 (+60)

    C Travis Frederick 6'4 312 (+68)

    LG Ronald leary 6'3 324 (+89)

    LT Tyron Smith 6'5 290 (+37)

    TE Jason Whitten 6'5 257 (+27)

That is 340 extra pounds of beef to run behind.

MJ was good, but he got those defensive player of the year awards on reputation basically. Rodman and Pippin were probably better defenders on his own team.

  • A great offense is the best defense...

There are only 4 major spectator sports....unless you are including golf or auto racing. Volleyball, Lacrosse, soccer, have not crossed the threshold into being major yet.

What are you talking about. What does that have to do with what is a "major sport" in this country. Just because a sport calls itself "Major League" doesn't make it so. If that were the case, then the MLL would be considered a major sport. Or the MISL.

u still missed it. maybe you failed to recognize the sport at all with it being less than 30 years old, or perhaps intentionally omitted it...regardless you seem to not have recognized any of the names and/or also lacked the knowledge or interest to google any of them, although currently incredibly mainstream and relevant. it's not my job to promote the UFC, Dana White does a good enough job himself...and while i'm sure you are aware of it, you obviously have no interest in it so i will pass and instead rest my case. but it's certainly worthy of being top 5, not just in the States but also in the world.

you embarrass yourself. biweekly ppv's, on like season 10 of TUF...it's not about attendance in a civic arena or winner's purse, it's about draw and gate earnings. it's brutal and taboo and has a lot to overcome and probably never be on the major networks due to it. nor could any of the top 10 in ur link ever sell a ppv aside from pro wrestling. but that's ok, keep visiting ur national parks and recanting history, nothing wrong w variety...u got ur thing and i got mine. and ur link showed me nothing except boxing didn't even get mentioned and that it's content was based upon "our source of information is the websites which are being searched or browsed most in America." nice.

Your thing is a minor niche sport....and that is fine if that is what you like.

But its not about any money issue....it is about what people want/like. (The chart was as of Jan. 2015)

And even if it is about money.....a basically dying sport still broke the bank over what MMA does.

Jordan was awesome but it's still debatable with Wilt Chamberlain

  • Easy..... F1 driver James Hunt. I'd be most every woman's fantasy, plus I'd get to see what the whole being dead thing was all about.

  • How is "Olympics" a sport?
