O'Neil's response to the "8th pick in the draft?" question (2nd to last question) told me all I needed to know. His answer wreaked of "Yep, I don't know what to tell you, wish we wouldn't have taken him".............
....... Uh oh, my comment just sent Gilbert into even more of a funk, my bad.

You are doing a great job, and as long as you are trying your best, that's all that matters. We are so proud of you, and it doesn't matter if you end up playing special teams as the #8 pick in the draft, we all think you're swell!

Stop trying to be funny. This is no laughing matter. We need to be concerned about Justin's mental well being. Maybe we should start a "Likes = Prayers for Justin" campaign on Facebook so that he knows he is loved.

The removal of an unpleasant reinforcer can also strengthen behavior. This is known as negative reinforcement because it is the removal of an adverse stimulus which is โrewardingโ to the animal or person. Negative reinforcement strengthens behavior because it stops or removes an unpleasant experience.
