LOL at these Browns Lousy Defense

i'm seriously considering taking the season off too in a sense. I want to just TiVo the game and go do something like workout, swim, run....or go for a walk in a nature park now that it's autumn in NE OH. THan just come home and blow through the already obnoxious CBS broadcast where they talk more about their fall lineup than they do about football. I can put up with that shit if the Browns are playing at least semi well. I can't watch a dude run through our defense like we're playing no pads practice.....than get an immediate segue into CBS's new must see TV lineu.

Been reading this thread and thought I would make a rare comment. Like many others I have invested a lot of time and money into following this team. I remember watching the 1964 Championship game on tv and thinking that following a winning team feels real good. Before there was Directv I bought a C- band satellite dish so I could search for a fuzzy satellite feed and watch the games from Florida. I wont bore anyone with any more details of my fanship but I will say I have done things to follow this team that a lot of people would characterize as ridiculous. Personally any one who refers to them by any other name than The Browns can kiss my ass. If they are that frustrating to watch, don't watch them. As far as a squeller fan any that come on here deserve whatever they get.

Z, let him vent- I'm pretty sick myself on how we lost that game. You're not going to win many games giving up 400+ yards of offense. Including the "prevent victory defense" on the last drive. Some of those plays the Chargers racked up big gains on were total, complete defensive breakdowns- and that's on the coaching staff.
If Pettine is a defensive genius- well- show me bucko.
At least it wasn't against a team that was playing with a JV line, rookie RB and most of their receiving corps hurt............... Oh, wait...........

so we're one and three and all our loyal fans are throwing in the towel already? WTF?
usually i'm negative as hell but i saw a great game yesterday between 2 teams that really wanted the win. i went out and screamed at the top of my lungs when their kicker shanked the first kick (only to miss the penalty and the eventual game-winner).
1/4 of the season is gone and all these football guru's superbowl picks are either in the same boat as us or worse. so man the fuck up and quit bitching, cuz i saw a good performance on both sides of the ball yesterday and if we play like that against the ratbirds next week we'll come out of it with a win.
and fuck you soju.
