I hope Haslam guarantees Pettine and Farmer another year. Allow them leeway to do what they need to with regard to quarterbacks and everything else.

Off field, I can't equate the recent incident with swan diving despite JM's having had "a couple drinks" which does trouble me.
On field, there's no comparison between this and last year. This year he's looked prepared. His mechanics are tighter. His game discipline is greater... more in the mold of what a defensive-minded HC would want.
Where I split with the "play him now" crowd is that while JM is readier, readier does not mean ready.
