Hasn't Dungy been retired for a while? That implies to me he doesn't want to work again, so why would we want him? Isn't it better to keep someone who wants (hopefully) to prove themselves? These are genuine questions, I'm not intending to sound sarcastic.

there's only one guy i would say fire pettine if this person came available...and that's Cowher. Who has probably zero intention of ever coaching again. So we stick with Pettine and see what he can do once his guys are in place. That's that.

The guy is a control freak that can't evaluate talent on the Pro level. Ran off some mighty good players I'd be happy to see on the Browns.
