    12. Baseball...

If the city can change, then could be the Oakland Athletics who moved there from KC and before that from Philly. The Philadelphia Athletics were a very old franchise.

... and obviously I forgot P. Manning in Q#1... guess I think of him as a GM already.. 😉

      2. Besides Favre and Testaverde, what other 3 QBs have thrown the most Ints. in history?

      3. Name the active QB that is in the Top 5 all time in career TD pctc.

      5. What QB is leading the 2015 season in QBR rating per ESPN?

      8. D. Besides BR, Rivers, Eli, and Schaub, what other QB taken in the 2004 draft is still active in the NFL?

      12. Which Major League Baseball team has had its current name the longest time?

            4. Who is the all time leader in career pass completion percentage?

Drew Brees. After him come Chad Pennington and Kurt Warner

            5. Who is the current leader, this year 2015....in ESPN's QBR rating....as we speak.

Carson Palmer leads it as we speak.

            6. Who are the Top 5 RBs in career rushing TDs?

Emmit Smith, Tomlinson, Marcus Allen, Walter Payton, Jim Brown

            7. Who are the two leading active players in TD receptions?

            Antonio Gates 101

            Larry Fitzgerals 96

            8. Since the Browns played Ben R. last game....and are going to be facing Matt Schaub this next game, here are some QB class of 2004 Questions:

            A. Which of the class of 2004 QBs has the most TD passes?

            Eli

            B. Which of the class of 2004 has the most wins as a starter in his career?

            Ben R.

            C. Which of the class of 2004 has the most Pro Bowl appearances?

            Rivers

            D. Name ALL of the QBs from the draft class of 2004 that are active today (including the ones you may have named above)

Eli, Ben R., Rivers, Matt Schaub, and Luke McCown (taken by the Browns)

            9. A. Name those teams that won an AFL title, era 1960-1965, who have won a Super Bowl.

Only the Dallas Texans, later known as the KC Chiefs won an AFL title those years and later a Super Bowl.

            B. Name those teams that won an AFL title, era 1960-1965 who have never won a Super Bowl

The Bills won 2 AFL titles, as did the Houston Oiler nka Titans.....and the SD Chargers won one in 1963

            10. What MLB player in history was a member of the most World Series teams?

Yogi Berra with 10. Joe Dimaggio is next with 9. A number of other Yankee players were on teams that won 8-7 WS.

But, note this: the player that was on the most winning World Series teams, that was never part of the Yankees dynasties is Eddie Collins. He played on 6 World Series winners, with the As and White Sox

            11. Which of the following #1 overall draft picks were never a member of a Championship winning team (pre Super Bowl or post SB)

Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Orlando Pace, David Carr, Keyshawn Johnson, Drew Bledsoe, Russell Maryland, George Rogers, John Matuscak, Bubba Smith, George Shaw, Charley Trippi

Answer: None of the above. They all played on a Championship team. Even guys like David Carr (Giants 2011) and George Shaw (Colts 1950s) were backups on title winning teams.

            12. Which Major League Baseball team has had its current name the longest time?

The Philadelphia Phillies have been known by that name exclusively since 1890. Second is the Pittsburgh Pirates since 1891

The Cincinnati Reds would have tied the Phillies with 1890....but, in the 50s during the "Red Scare", they changed their name to the Redlegs...and that cut them off from the longest continuous name.

And FYI....for the NFL, it is the Green Bay Packers. They joined the NFL in its second year of existance in 1921. For that 1921 season the Chicago team was still The Staleys. They became the Bears in 1922. The Cardinals name has been used since 1920....but of course they have been from Chicago to St. Louis to Arizona, so that part of the name has changed.

In basketball....it is The New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics, both in use in the original 1946-47 NBA season.

In hockey, it is the Montreal Canadiens.....in use continuously since the original NHL season of 1916-17

I wonder if we're seeing the last of the great TD rushers in AP... He's approaching the 100 mark, but I don't think there is anyone close behind him.

                12.Cam Newton (26)40 2011-2015 car

Of course, Jim Brown, when he retired at age 29 had 106. Of the above list it appears that Shady McCoy has the best chance of reaching toward 100 in his career.....if he stays healthy....which he has not been lately.

Look to a couple of youngsters to have a chance - Bell and Gurley look in a league of their own in younger years.

Look to a couple of youngsters to have a chance - Bell and Gurley look in a league of their own in younger years.

Long way to go with them though. Hell, the best "young" TD scorer in this group is QB Cam Newton.

Nice to have a force like that down at the goal line.

That plus the league's continuing shift away from an emphasis on the run.

If you are on the one yard line......and you have a load of a RB.....run that goddamn ball into the end zone.....

Newton certainly instils more fear for a qb sneak than does Johnny that's for sure.
