As far as I am concerned, part of JFF's "punishment" or rehab, should be that it stays off fucking twitter or any other such nonsense. After all, wasn't it posting something on instaface# of some such what got him in trouble.

Guess what! Pettine hasn't named a starter! Someone jumped the gun. why did they draft Manziel if they were going to play head games with the fans. As Gruden said last week "Let the kid play"

Nope....the real issue is that Johnny overslept and missed his weight training this morning....day after his Birthday....
Prolly out all night partying......
Anyhoo....the good news is that Pettine actually seems to have his back....or at least isnt coming out bitching about it....just said he could make it up later....
None the less.....seems like they name him starter and he does something stupid or irresponsible....every time....
He'll still probably start...but seriously, the kid is a train wreck....

Mud-if true then leave him on the bench. He obviously does not want to play for the Browns (or anyone else if this continues). Pettine would be justified in leaving him where he is.

Grossi is reporting it as info he got from an unnamed source....and did ask Pettine about it point blank at todays pressy...
Pettine looked surprised.....didnt deny it....then said its not a big deal, he can make it up later, as long as he gets his lifts in by weeks end its cool....etc....
But I sensed he didnt like the question....and at this messy point of the year, he maybe is too tired to keep fighting it......I expect Johnny to start and the team to look the other way...cause, no matter what they do, it'll be wrong.....

I listened to it and he made it clear that they have flexible lift times as long as they all get it in during the week. He made it clear that was all players, not just QB's. Go to 12:20 mark

Today is Manziel's Birthday, same as my daughters... Shitty they wouldn't even let him play on his birthday... shitty.
