Interesting article from a ravens site
Basically the premise is, going by where we picked, who could we have had? Not comparing to the QBs we ended up with - we all know how that's gone. But basically saying, because of where we've drafted, or who we currently had (ie Tim Couch meant not picking a QB high in 2000-02 for example), that in the last 15 years, the only real bad passes have been Rodgers and Big Ben.
Johnny Manziel over Derek Carr looks disastrous.

There are 15 warm bodies between Dilfer & Flacco, so even Ozzie struggles to find a decent QB.Well except for one minor little difference. Two of those Ravens QB's actually won Superbowls.
