Folks, we have a plan

no, cmon, not another rebuild...naw....phffffft...what a fucking franchise...they say the 2 most embarrasing pro franchises the last 15-20 yrs or so are the sacramento kings and yes folks, the ole cleveland clowns....
You can always just pout about it or accept that this is an actual rebuild where the front office seems focused on building through the draft. The old strategy of being a retirement plan for aging players doesn't seem to jive with the new front office.
Hell, even with them blowing up the franchise they will likely still win more than 3 games.
you can rebuild while still keeping your blue chip RT and FSs who are still in their mid-20sYou can always just pout about it or accept that this is an actual rebuild where the front office seems focused on building through the draft. BAD MOVE
They did not get better by losing both of them on 5-7$ mil/per year deals. Those are fair market prices, not overpriced, and thems are facts

I am not concerned about Gipson. Schwartz? Sure but he accepted less money to leave. Can't really negotiate with that.

So Camps Goff and Wentz can start dousing the campfires.

Yeah he totally blew everyone's hair back last year with his play. I am still not blubbering over his exit.

ESPN got suckered by one today and had to issue an "oops".
Yesterday I would have called bullshit if somebody tweeted that we were going to dump 4 good to excellent starters....

They did a bang up job. Maybe with another player of their caliber the Browns could have pushed it to 4 wins.

As far as I am aware, they negotiated with all four of them. Two walked for less money. Not much the front office can do at that point.

One, Mack, left for 250k less money. Let's try to stick to the facts we have availableAs far as I am aware, they negotiated with all four of them. Two walked for less money. Not much the front office can do at that point.

So Mack left for less money then or are we debating what "less" means?

Looking like the new FO is flexing their muscles and showing the anal side of things to come

I was led to believe Schwartz did as well. If I am off, I apologize.
I was led to believe the same....and thats what local reporters have been reporting all day.....could be speculation, but that was the reason given for pulling his offr/////because we offered the highest price, then he "supposedly" wanted to go back and negotiate more with anoher team.....and that prompted the Browns to pull the offer so they wouldnt be "used" for his negotiations elsewhere....
heresay, I know.....bt I believe it was a quality leak to local reporters.....

If we are planning on a couple of bad seasons and really starting from scratch then I actually would endorse the Ghoolie plan re: Joe Thomas. Please don't stone me.
