    ● Lightweight clothing
    ● Water bottle with built in filter
    ● Duct tape
    ● Medical bag
    ● Food, including “survival ration bricks”
    ● Space blanket
    ● Poncho
    ● Gloves
    ● Goggles
    ● Headlamp with spare batteries
    ● Iodine
    ● Map and compass
    ● Matches
    ● Knife

    and I would add,

    toilet paper

    a magnesium fire starter

    dust masks

    A large, lightweight tarp

security protection - tear gas, gun, ammo...

a small book on edible plants, with pictures and warning of look-a-likes

    a hundred yards of rope

fishing equipment.-fold up fishing poles can be great.

Someday, an emergency may hit near you. Or,,, most of the state you live in.

What if it happens this year?

  • Ahh ur one of those preppers. Makes sense

  • And yesh when that asteroid hits and then sun is blotted out ill be sure to thank obama for the nasa budget cuts

  • You forgot some

    - tinfoil hat

    - doomsday seeds by Glenn Beck

    - Cash4Gold gold

  • You forgot...

An acoustic guitar with 10 packs of strings. .10's

    Swank magazine

    Ketchup

    Extra pairs of socks

    Carton of smokes (fuck it)

Bottle of bourbon for those cold nites

    Weed

    Extra underwear

    Tent

    A pistol

    TOOTHBRUSH

  • I did forget catsup. My guitar would never handle the weather. as far as backpacks go,

there isn't any room for a tent, unless you can drive out of state, to a safe destination.

The lightweight, large tarp can be made into a beautiful lean-to. the toothbrush, etc, are included

in the medical kit for small items. and clothes were already mentioned.

Not really a prepper. But we do have boxes of food we can take with us in an emergency.

Dirty bomb, compliments of ObaMao's assholish illegal immigration flood. National violent social strife in a major part of a state...

based on ObaMao's racist/class warfare strategy.

I think we haven't seen the worst of obamao yet. that's very bad.

  • a trusty .22 rifle is an outstanding survival gun, and the fishing equipment is a must.

Sure, "it's never going to happen". Oh, and some stainless steel eating utensils to cook in,

    and boil water in.

Until it does. Obamao would love to create a national crisis, and then invite the

UN troops to come in, and declare martial law. It's the only way the dirtbag will

ever accomplish anything in his political agenda, the freakin commie loser.

Just wait until he bans all guns. Just like he was planning to do all along!

  • he can't get to first base with that one, woodypeckerhead.

  • What exactly would one of these crises look like? Assuming it's not zombies that is. Because if it is, I'm all set. Seatbelts, cardio, double tap.

  • I can see situations where there could be a total breakdown of society. Look at what happens every time we have some bad weather and how quickly the shelves empty at the grocery stores. People panic.Look at what happened in New Orleans with hurricane Katrina. Look at what happens when we have rioting. Now look at what would happen if something like this would happen on a national scale.

In the thirties we had the Great Depression. I talked to some people who lived through that. One guy told me his family ate lard sandwiches. If we had something like that today people aren't going to be eating lard sandwiches. There will be rioting before that would happen.

ah well done, saw what you did there.

  • I'm glad someone did. Too good a movie to go unnoticed.

The cardio thing was so next level tbh. Had never occurred to me before that.

IKR, guns/blunt object, food/water, somewhere safe, then maybe entertainment. Ultimately make your way to an island that you can clear of zombies (and zombos) and farm. Oh hey, we're back OT 😁

  • zombies don't swim. They won't be on the island, unless there's a bridge.

Two strangers were out backpacking in the woods. They came upon each other and decided to walk the next bit together. Around a bend in the trail they came face to face with a bear. One stranger drops to his knee, fetches his running shoes from his backpack and begins removing his hiking boots. The other stranger just stares and says, "There is no way you can run faster than that bear."

The kneeling stranger stands up and replies, "I don't have to be faster than the bear. I only have to be faster than you."

They don't have air in their lungs either so theoretically they could walk along the bottom of a body of water slowly and inexorably until they emerge on your island and eat you alive.

Not one of my favorites to be honest, but using "For whom the bell tolls" as the opening number was inspired.
