Not sure that is that much of an upgrade....that OL played pretty well without Pouncey. They won't improve that much if at all with him.
Senquez Golson our second round corner off ir. Sammie Coates should be able to fill in just fine with the suspension.

They barely lost with Ben hobbled, no brown, no bell and no pouncey. In addition to no beachum at left tackle even though the steelers let him walk.
They would still have lost.
They are at 4 for a reason because most people realize they would have been damn near impossible to stop offensively if they were healthy.
But now they have lost one of their best weapons.
They also signed one of the fastest tight ends in the nfl who also happens to be 6'6.
Remains to be seen if he can match the attributes of Miller.....losing Miller, picking up this other guy....a wash

We had a guy that was just as good as Pouncey also coming back off of a major injury like Pouncey: Alex Mack. He did not perform as well. It is really a crapshoot for Pouncey to come back to his old form.

Peterson is universally rated as the best in the league. And Bell is coming off injury. It often takes two years to come back from that kind of problem. Can he be his old self? Perhaps at some point. The Bengals didn't score a point in that game until the 4th quarter after Ben and brown were both knocked from the game. Ben came back in and the Bengals bungled themselves. Soooo no it wasn't well in hand for the Bengals until that point.

Power Rankings are just a beauty contest. The Browns are the ugliest franchise in the NFL right now, and it's not even debatable.
Bengals roster is phenomenal top to bottom, pretty much. Such a well-oiled machine that their first two picks from last year were both able to take redshirts. So I have to disagree there, especially when you put teams with holes all over them ahead of them (Pats or Broncos for example). Then again, I thought this was a ranking of roster strength and not necessarily who would win on the field.
We shall see what the Bengals do in the draft regarding WR. They still have AJ Green and Eifert, but not much else on the outside.
