    Super clever.

It could also be an expression of permanence right steve?

I think that's exactly what it meant.

Were you under the impression that I thought she meant it was a positive step? No.

I was pointing out the quote has been changed to make it seem that way.

    Not a problem sir.

  • So some people read "for good" as being positive, not permanently? Really? That's what all the fuss is about?

No. If you read it somebody changed 'for good' to 'for the good' which mean two different things.

  • The title of the article in the OP says "for good". So they still have the inaccurate quote?

Read the title of the post Woody.

  • 'Obamao's homeland security advisor syrian - says 9/11 changed the world for the good'

  • Ok, so why does the article on constitution.com still exist? They updated their title to "for good", but they're still trying to push the same point?

Because admitting you made a mistake and jumped in with both feet is difficult to do when you're so entrenched in a position?

I have no evidence that the Constitution Article was ever incorrect in its title. I'm saying that the title of the post was changed.

I don't see what is so confusing.

The post or the thread title?

  • I would call the Constitution the article or the link. I would call the Browns Board entity the thread or the post.

    WSS

  • Ok, well post and thread are two different things. That's what confused me.

Why did Cal change the thread title?

☆Cal put up the post and began the thread. Constitution wrote the article, but whatever.☆

Why did Cal change the thread title?

He mistyped or wanted her statement to sound worse than it probably was

Just me personally, but I didn't find fault with her saying she was a Syrian. Born and raised in Syria can still be a loyal u.s. citizen.

One of my ancestors was a proud American citizen but his nickname was Irish John Moore.

And 911 did make major permanent changes in the United States.

  • I would refer to the first post as the OP, but I git you. Fair enough.

So did Constitution originally wrote the aricle as "the good" and then edit to "good", or was it always "good"?
