  • Against the Bears one of the Browns punters had a 75 yard punt from deep in the end zone. The next punt was shanked for 19 yards. Who was punting?

It doesn't matter since we now have Colquitt (and a 4th round pick) they're both gone.

  • Thanks, I live near Clearwater and our cable company has no football package. I have to watch tons of SEC & ACC but do get the BTN so I can watch Ohio State.

Are the Browns keeping Travis Coons? Or is he gone too?

  • Coons was also cut

MHO that was a questionable cut. Our new guy missed an easy FG game 4. A lot of Coons misses last year were due to blocks, unless the coaches thought he in general had a low trajectory on his kicks. Ah, to have old reliable Phil Dawson back. Of course, with our youth movement, he wouldn't fit the equation. FWIW, Phil passed Lou Groza the end of last year on the career points list.

I think it may have been more of a favor to Lee than a punishment. He is sent, as you say to where his family lives....and to a team that was just in the Super Bowl.

How is that a punishment for Lee?

Agents talk Gip. This was all over Brns & Carolina not offering up enough to Denver for P Brittion Colquitt..Than the Monte Hall let's make a deal begins..

Murray had 5 FGs of over 50 yards his one year with the Bucs, while Coons had everything over 46 yards blocked last year. I think Murray won because he has the longer leg and gets the ball up quicker. He was 20-24 with the Bucks, so he should be OK.

Glad I didn't buy the COON DAWG jersey.

I'm still celebrating that we sent Candy to Carolina for a 4th round pick and upgraded that sissy as easily as the Harvard Trust made it.

  • Pussy boy botched his first point, booting it into the end zone when they could have killed it inside the five.

Colquitt would have sat that puppy at the three yard line.

    Z

  • ... And the Broncos march it right down for a touchdown ....

    Z

  • Yeah Lee seemed angry, he definitely botched the f$%^ out of that punt.

  • mile high. 76 yarder out of the bowels of their own end zone.

    yeah, i could do that.

    DOH!

  • I thought the Brady Quinn fags were bad, but the Andy Lee fags are much worse... Biggest pussy in the history of the Cleveland Browns. Go buy his jersey, tuck it into your jean shorts and hang out in a rest stop bathroom in Carolina you queefs.

    Maybe you'll get lucky.

    Z

  • Nice 70+ yarder on TNF

  • lee queefs? no. maybe wondering why a player who could be valuable as a building block on the team is traded away for what????

maybe just NOT a fan of all the FO moves or does that make you not a fan for saying so?

can you please make a list of do's and dont's for fans here so we all can tow the corporate line?

    Building block???

    He's a 34 year old punter.

We traded him for a 4th round draft pick, and then signed another punter, for free, who is just as good and three years younger.

It was a brilliant move. The only possible objection you can have is that you are a raging homosexual, and when Andy pulled up on that tackle you felt a connection, you wanted to nurture him, and then have him punt a high hard one up your ass.

  • Andy's Lee's bad placement hold on that field goal cost them the game....

Make the tackle next time, pussy boy.

Yeah- and when that 4th round pick turns into another Vince Mayle- well, we gave away nothing, and got nothing in return.

Z give it a rest already. 90% of the teams don't even play their starters anymore in the 4th preseason game- because they're afraid of someone getting hurt. And if they do- it's about one step of effort higher than the Pro Bowl- which I'm sure you don't watch- but I do.

The only connection I felt on that play that you've been ragging on is that guy was going to score, regardless of what Lee did. So great, Lee is gone. You got your wish- now STFU about it.

    Andy Lee is a pussy.

Put me on that football field and I would whiff badly, but at least I'd try.

He did not have the guts to try, he is not a football player, I don't want him on my team.

The fact that we traded him and his contract for a 4th round pick and then signed a younger model off the street is pure gold.

I don't know how many games we will win in 2016, but Sashi won the offseason.

    Punter for a 4th?

    Mingo for a 5th?

Gilbert and his contract dumped in the division?

We don't know if these draft picks will matter, but I can tell you that those players won't. We are none the worse for losing any of them.
