I'm just so glad we were able to grab this Coleman guy instead of wentz in the first round. Midget wideouts will always be way more valuable in the nfl than 6'5 franchise qbs....no doubt all the national conversation tommorrow will be about our smurf wide receiver rather than the eagles qb debut.

Yeah Wentz made us look stupid with our decision today for sure. RG really looked bad, awfully bad at that. Skittish in the pocket but, worse yet, he takes SO long to get rid of the football.

I don't think anybody doubted that this team was going to be bad, but getting blown the fuck out by the eagles with a rookie QB and HC they're a lot worse than I thought.

even if wentz shits the bed against a good defense he still played at an nfl level and beat an nfl team.
i can't think of any qb the browns have drafted or acquired recently that has done that week one. so, it's just fucking embarrassing that we continue to suck at drafting.

Joe Haden proved once again that he is overrated. Our O-line did nothing to protect RG3. Crowell looked pretty good. You have to question the wisdom of not drafting Wentz. It is going to be a very long season. I don't see many opportunities for wins with this team.

these FO mistakes are franchise killers. haslam might not be the right owner but then who is? he puts out the loot just hires the wrong people or fires the right ones. what am i going to say fire hue? no. but then why did we fire te last regime? for this? u don't think that after the great DB draft of farmer and pettine that they wouldn't have drafted wentz?

If our defense wasn't so fucking terrible and was able to consistently take away his first option I think we wouldn't have seen such an amazing rookie debut.

When are we going to learn?
You take big, strong, and strong arm QBs at the top of the draft and worry about all else later. Instead we have QBs that are retreads, small, fragile, guys that get tackled by one arm grabs

Now were talkin. Wentz got the ball out right on time (our time)& also only where his WR's had the chance to only catch it (our DB's)..Hold up on that confetti party..(but i doubt it)

The thing about Wentz that impressed me was I don't think he forced one single pass, not one. He took his sacks when he had nothing else, didn't force any balls and put a really nice touch on a few passes. Obviously it's just one game but Eagles fans are probably very pleased with what they saw.

This may be but RG3po looked like a deer in the headlights. Wentz looked more the veteran and yet he only played one half of one preseason game and torched the Browns. Buy some glassesWentz looked good but he still looked like a one read QB to me.
