I responded to the topic. You should try it

I do all the time. You deliberately ? misinterpret the content of posts, so you can make some quick birdbrain
comment that you think makes you look superior to the poster, usually/always conservative oritented.
Take this for example, Woody, ...
"Martin Castro, named USCCR chairman by President Obama in 2011, says that the words "religious freedom" and "religious liberty" have become merely code words for intolerance, Christian supremacy, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, and therefore must yield before LGBT anti-discrimination laws. Regarding sexual orientation and gender identity, this report also does not support those people who hold to the religious belief that marriage is reserved to one man and one woman as they provide services such as marriage licenses, photography, cake decorating or flower arranging."
The fixation on victimization that only pertains to religious/moral stances on some issues is a violation
of freedom of religion. Not long ago, a couple wanted a cake made...a TRUMP cake. The liberal baker
refused to make it. So, the couple simply went to another baker. Do you think that was discrimation or not?
the left, in obaMao mafia power over our government, has slurred the Christian community. I'm still waiting
for a gay couple to demand that a Muslim baker bake a gay farce"wedding" cake. What do you think would happen?
And please, pulleeeeeze spare me and everybody else of the knee jerk that says "oh yeah, well, what if
it was somebody's religion that they get violent with the gay couple?" bs.
Over the hundreds? of centuries, it's pretty well established that Real Marriage is between a Man and a Woman.
The left has simply taken the opposite of Christian and American stances on family values, hard work, self-reliance
and freedom, and installed the opposite at every turn. History shows that this is how the dicktaterships around the world
have taken complete control over a society.
Legit religious/moral stances, with the emphasis on LEGIT, longstanding, ... should not be declared war on.
That was the idea behind civil unions. Mission accomplished, nobody has to violate their strongly held
LEGIT moral/religious/spiritual beliefs.
I find it odd - and common - that the left demands that everybody violate their own morals and religious beliefs,
over the imposition of "discrimation" laws. Civil unions would have accomplished exactly what they wanted.
Except what they wanted, was to consolidate their power over so much of American society, family life, etc.
Meanwhile, the left keeps demanding, overtly at times, and covertly most of the time, a gun ban of sorts, or
at least the information to eventually gain an edge over finding out where all the guns are, so they can go to
war - outrageous fees, taxes, hoops to jump through.... yet nobody on the left thinks Americans who own guns,
and forever have the RIGHT TO DO SO OUTLINED IN OUR CONSTITUTION.... nobody on the left thinks American
gun owners would be discriminated against by any action they take to disarm the American public, which in
the beginning, they falsely call "gun control". The middle class is being discriminated against, the rich are being
discriminated against, businesses are being discriminated against - they are singled out for higher taxes...

Complaining about victimization while playing the victim.

No cal woodys right. U want the freedom to discriminate based on ur religious views. The fact that kim davis is brought up immediately disqualifies from rational discussion. Conservatives want to protect the ability of another conservative holding public office to refuse her duries based on her religious views. Not only that, kim davis forbid deputy clerks from issuing the liscenses. I can only imagine the sputtering rage if someone with a liberal bent in public office not only refused to do their jobs but forbid their entire office to do their jobs based on some liberal viewpoint that was currently not lawful. There would be calls for an execution just as conservatives have called for hillary to be strung up in the national mall.
-
laws should not be created that force Christians to disavow their beliefs.
That tells you it's a bad law. The gay perversion of Real Marriage is a bad law.
All you had to do was create civil unions, and there would be no problem.
Kim Davis would surely have no problem with issuing civil union licenses.
See? No, of course you don't. You don't want to. The law itself is discriminatory,
and an unjust intrusion into the private lives of people.
-
Religious Law shouldn't outweigh Country Law
-
Fuck Kim Davis, fat bitch has had like 7 husbands
-
when "country law" violates the Constitution, it's a bad law
The first amendment to the US Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" The two parts, known as the "establishment clause" and the "free exercise clause" respectively, form the textual basis for the Supreme Court's interpretations ...
-
so no problem with Sharia Law either?

Or a Satanist for that matter. You don't get to be issued a marriage license unless you sacrifice a goat and listen to Black Sabbath records backwards with the county clerk.
-
When Kim Davis refused to issue gay marriage licenses guess who went to jail? I understand why (because you can't have government employee officials refusing to obey government laws) but many of the same libs rooting for her going to jail stand silent while government employee leaders in sanctuary cities ignore federal laws without going to jail. This is what bothers me. Selective enforcement of our laws. Every leader in every sanctuary city refusing to obey federal laws regarding immigration should pay the same price Kim Davis did and go to jail.

What law did Congress make that violates the first amendment?

The sticking point in this and plenty of other areas is that some people want to see the country run by christian rule, and get bent out of shape when it's not.

Yep. Christianity has been the end all, be all for this country's existence. And now that we're leveling the playing field, it is viewed as an attack on Christianity.
-
when Christians are forced to close their businesses or else violate their LEGIMATELY
held Christian beliefs, that's a war on Christians.
When Christian children are NOT ALLOWED TO PRAY IN SCHOOL ON THEIR OWN TIME,
LIKE BEFORE LUN CH...
that's a war on Christianity.
When churches are FORCED TO PROVIDE ABORTION INSURANCE AND FORCED TO PERFORM GAY
PERVERTED CEREMONIES... that's a war on Christianity.
When all Christians have to stop being Christians or else leave their government jobs, that's a war on Christianity.
The list goes on and on. What it is, isn't "live and let live". It's the liberal/progressive/leftist gov saying "we aren't like you
and we have the "power" to force you to be like us, so we can control you and win politically forever".
they think. The pendulum swings.
-
Ok. Got it. We need to go protect sharia law as well then.

7 Signs That America Declared War on Christianity1. The NCAA announced that it will not hold any men's and women's Final Four basketball events in a city that "discriminates" against anyone based on sexual orientation or gender identity.2. The Colorado Supreme Court has chosen not to hear the case of Christian baker Jack Phillips who was previously ordered by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission "to create cakes for same-sex celebrations, re-educate his staff, and file quarterly 'compliance' reports for two years."3. Dr. Eric Walsh, the highly-qualified, newly-hired District Health Director with the Georgia Department of Public Health was fired because of the content of his sermons as a Seventh Day Adventist.4. Several senators have introduced a bill that would deem "all efforts to change someone's sexual orientation or gender identity an 'unfair or deceptive act or practice' under the Federal Trade Commission Act."5. The NBA announced that it will not hold next year's All-Star game in Charlotte, North Carolina unless the state changes HB2, the Bathroom Privacy Act.6. The Department of Education has decided that, "Religious schools that receive federal money yet obtain federal exemptions to [allegedly!] discriminate against LGBT students and employees will have their waivers posted online for public view."7. As reported on Breitbart News, "a federal court sided with a transgender student who insisted that the Obama administration's reading of federal Title IX rules would allow her to choose her own bathroom at her Virginia high school."
