  • Gipper---You seem to think typing the word cunt somehow makes you a tough guy or less of a liar. And saying you didn't get your feelings hurt is laughable. Just look at you.

You're having a tough guy hissy fit.

  • It's a loooooooong off season on the Browns Board !

No. I just think it essentially describes you. Though perhaps you are right. Perhaps I should be more creative in my descriptions. I guess I was just being visceral because that is the image you project.

  • Gipper---Are you still punishing me? It's so hard to tell. As for you being more creative, I think you're doing just fine as long as being a dishonest passive/aggressive hissy fitter is what you were going for.

In the words of Ferris Beuhler: Are you still here? Go home. You have nothing to contribute clearly.

  • To think...

Each stupid thing that gets posted here costs someone money.

  • One way to get a brown fan and a bengal fan to start loving each other is for a Steeler fan to show up.lol

You are a hateful lot, that I will grant you.

  • Stink---No reason to try peace making. Gipper was the only one who got mad and now his pride won't let him admit it. And because he won't acknowledge his anger it seems obvious the best thing we can ALL do now is follow his lead by pretending the whole cunthole, cunt, bastard, pussy, cunt thing never happened.

Gipper---Relax, we've all agreed your hilarious angry outburst never happened. As long as you continue to pretend you're not mad we should be good to go.

  • Gipper---I'm pretty sure half the population of Cleveland is named Tony and more than a few of them are also named Rizzo. So yeah, I'm almost certain you made up the radio story. Also, it shouldn't surprise you that I mostly talk about McCarron as he's a Bengal player. Did you think I came here to discuss Brock Osweiler? Seriously, why would anyone talk about that guy if they didn't have to?

Says the guy who has been talking about Mccarron for the past 2 months. The irony is delicious.

  • Gipper---- Mike Brown spoke to the media at the owners meeting and stated flatly that he'd trade McCarron within the division. When asked specifically if he'd trade McCarron to Cleveland he said he would, and after repeating the bit about how much it will take to make a trade happen Brown admitted any trade within the division would likely come at a higher cost. He then said a few words about a rumored trade with the Jets involving McCarron and Sheldon Richardson and repeated the bit about listening to all offers. He admitted nobody had called yet and insisted he wouldn't be disappointed if they don't. Said he hoped McCarron would remain a Bengals past 2018.

Haha start talking superbowl rings. That will change their focus.

  • Is there a way to get an indicator on the board for when news or facts start getting posted again instead of 2 guys internet fighting? Asking for a friend.

Don't hold your breath. The off-season is kind of just Gip's playtime. When there's no actual football to talk about, he comes out of his shell.

Put them both on "ignore" until draft day.

  • I'm not sure if AJ is going to be the guy, but it's interesting to hear that the Bengals actually would trade within the division. There was a time when I was virtually CERTAIN we'd trade for Garoppolo, but there's been no news on that either. That trade just makes too much sense for both parties, and it was interesting to hear Bob Kraft say he'd leave trading Garoppolo up to Bill. I just get the feeling that we've got something up our sleeve in Cleveland, and it's very possible we won't know what it is until draft day. We've shown the ability to use creativity in making deals, and I don't expect that to stop come end of April. Maybe I'm wrong...maybe we just use our draft picks, and select the players we feel will best improve our team. But I don't think so. Something crazy is coming.

The wait is almost over, inside a month.

There it is in a nutshell. The Browns "must" remain the Clown princes of draft day or forever lose the crown. 😛

  • The long and short of it to me is that if we're going with the "back-up with potential" QB plan, I'd much rather roll with Kessler over McCarron. To me they have shown similar promise and Kessler has more experience in the system.

  • Neither of these QBs are being traded for because there's no point in perhaps winning four more games next year than we otherwise might. It's a long term patient rebuild through the draft and some FA hence the constant collecting of picks.

The local media are desperate for win now mode and I'm sure some fans are (understandably) too but it's not what they're thinking in the FO.

The Browns are going to draft a quarterback, they're not going to trade multiple picks for one as if that's all the team is away from winning. It makes no sense.
