Its not on local TV. I checked.
It's on STO with the usual Manning and Underwood show plus the STO studio guys just like the regular season. Also on MLB.Com and of course on the Indians Radio network with Hammy.Its not on local TV. I checked.
I do occasionally like a radio game but still can't beat the TV.
The Indians are going to be the media darlings this year after their exciting 2016 World Series run with the opening day game on ESPN.

And looking ahead at the rest of the Tribe's TV games, the regular season opener in Texas will be on STO and ESPN....how about that.
