The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, the Stupid and the Fucked Up

I just wonder... if you have a rookie qb, what is up with running so much on first and second down? defenses know
he's a rookie, and the Browns will try to establish the running game to take the pressure off him, so they just play the run,
and it's third and long before you know it. What's wrong with throwing on first down when they are playing the run once
in a while? and why the hell didn't I play HIlton in my fantasy football league? dammit. I disagree with Hue on this -
the best way to take pressure off your qb, is to mix up your playcalling, and on the first play of the game, Kosar-style,
wing it all the way the hell downfield and set the tone for aggressiveness. Instead, they keep running on first and/or second down,
and then they come after Kizer. I'm not gettin that one, Hue.
Not only that Cal- but how often were those third and longs due to dumb penalties? Two offensive pass interference penalties not only negated big gains- they put us in third and long.

Plus...they threw on first down a million times.....then ran on 2nd and 10....then ended up with 3rd and long....over and over and over again....

Anybody else see a young Randall Cunningham in Kizer? Big arm, nimble feet, heavy ball, and in his first couple of years couldn't hit the side of a barn.

Nope....cant say that I do.....

Cunningham was much lankier and could throw the ball much father... He couldnt read defenses to save his soul.. Physically?.. no.. Mentally?.. close...

Here you go, some of my observations after yesterday's game, after having had a while to stew, steam and think about it:
The Good:
The way the Browns adjusted both offensively and defensively after being down 28-7. They made a game of what was turning into a blowout. The question is: why could they not play the first half the same way the played the second half.
The Bad:
A. Kizer's accuracy at times/and some of his decision making. Don't know if this is going to be a continuing thing for him throughout....but hopefully, it will just be growing pains. B. The Browns continuing problems running the ball. Some of this may be attributed to being behind by so far...but it is still unacceptable
The Ugly:
The dropped passes by our receivers. What were there...at least like 8 of them. Kizer was 22 of 47...which is clearly an unacceptable 46.8%. A lot of that, sure, was his own inaccuracy...but a lot of it was just plain dropped balls. Hell, if just half of those had been caught it could have made the difference in the game.
The Stupid:
A lot of the play calling is still head scratching. We have a young QB and you want to give him some confidence. Instead, you have him bombing away like he was fucking Sonny Jurgenson in his prime. Give the kid a chance with a few screens, a few short passes to his backs. Some of this was done, but it was very, very limited.
The Fucked Up
A. The coverage on T.Y. Hilton. They left him wide open most of the first half. To me, this is THE single biggest factor that lost this game. The same thing happened against Pittsburgh. There, as far as I was concerned, only Antonio Brown could beat you. Here the same, only T.Y. Hilton could beat you. The defensive play calling ALLOWED T.Y. Hilton to beat us. No other receiver on that team was worth a shit really...and let you allowed him to be covered one on one by #21..Jamar Taylor, who was beaten like a rented fucking mule on just about every play. And when he caught the Ball, Taylor and Peppers must have thought they were playing on an ice rink the way they kept falling down on their fucking faces instead of making a tackle. They did adjust in the second half....but Hilton had such a big first half that it was too little too late.
B. The way they let Jacoby Brissett get out and run on them for those TDs. He just walked into the endzone. And at times when they were trying to tackle him they just lunged at him, again falling on their asses instead of making plays.
So...again, I ask: why could not they play the kind of defense in the first half that they played in the second half when they adjusted...and cutoff all the fucked up way they were playing in the first half?

Don't be a fucking idiot. The Browns didn't adjust, the COLTS adjusted. They went into "playing not to lose" mode. Seriously, don't be a fucking idiot. THe Colts came out differently than they went into the locker room at 1/2 time. But hey, based on this bullshit you are posting, what you are saying is Hue proved to you that he is a great HC SOoooooo we should be beating everyone now since we won the second half, right? I mean you think it is the SECOND HALF and not the FIRST HALF that is representative of the Browns?
Horseshit. Pagano out-coached the entire Browns organization and as I said they would do before the game, the man handled and ass fucked the Browns. Play the game tomorrow, and the same thing happens.
The Browns DID NOT ADJUST...............THE COLTS PLAYED PASSIVELY

I don't know what your confusion is. Maybe you have a rubber band strangling your ballsack? Maybe you are senile? Mother dropped you on your head as an infant? Dude, I proclaimed this when we drafted the dumb bastard................. HE IS COCKEYED..........................HE IS A FUCKING JOKE. There is nothing to coach, analyze or fix here. This fucking kid has been throwing passes for most of his life. What you saw, What I told you , you would see............. IS KIZER...................... He is a COCKEYED FUCKING PASSER.
Teams don't have to blitz him, they just need ot give him time to pass. He will fuck the Browns by himself, without being pressured. C mon, repeat after me............KIZER IS COCKEYED.
Eric wrote a great tune about Kordell Stewart sung to the tune of Popeye, based on ME nicknaming Kordell Cockeyed. Let's sing it about Kizer, shall we?
He's Cockeyed the Quarterback - He fumbles when he gets sacked - He drives to the goal line - THen throws to the wrong guy- He's cockeyed the Quarterback.
The Ugly:

IF ONLY THEY DON'T BLOCK THAT PUNT............... IF ONLY BYNER DIDN'T FUMBLE................... IF ONLY WE KICKED A FIELD GOAL INSTEAD OF RED RIGHT 88.....ALWAYS THE SAME BULLSHIT WITH BROWNS FANS.................YEAH MAN..................WE WOULD HAVE WON THE GAME IF ONLY GOOD STUFF HAPPENED.
BUT D'UH, GEE.....WHO WAS IT THAT SAID THE BROWNS WON'T BEAT ANYONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WORST SKILLED PLAYER IN THE NFL? DUDE, SHIT THE FUCK UP ALREADY. YOU GUYS GOT WHAT YOU WANTED....................YOU GOT THE HIGHEST PRICED BUNCH OF TALENTLESS FATASS OFFENSIVE LINEMEN IN THE NFL.....YOU GOT GREG WILLIAMS WHIPPING THE DEFENSE UP ( I THOUGHT DEFENSE WON GAMES).
GIPPER, HAVEN'T YOU HEARD? WE ARE AMASSING DRAFT PICKS. WE ARE MANAGING ASSETS. FUCK DUDE, CAN'T YOU SEE THE IMPROVEMENT?
The Stupid:

AGAIN, STUPIDITY. TEAMS PLAY THE MEN 19 MEN IN THE BOX. ONLY THE DUMBEST MOTHERFUCKERS (LIEK GREG WILLIAMS THE 4TH AND 2 JUMPER) IS GOING TO BITE ON SCREENS AND SHORT PASSES.
WE HAVE NO SKILLED PLAYERS ON OFFENSE. NOBODY FEARS THE BROWNS GOING DEEP.
THE SHORT GAME ONLY WORKS WHEN THERE IS A THREAT OF A LONG GAME. HUE HAS NO CHOICE. HE HAS NO QB AND NO OFFENSIVE WEAPONS. BUT AGAIN, WE HAVE FUCKING JOE THOMAS AND THE BEST OFFENSIVE LINE IN THE NFL. WHY CAN'T WE JUST BLOCK OUR WAY TO SOME TOUCHDOWNS?
The Fucked Up

WHO WAS IT THAT SAID GREG WILLIAMS DEFENSE WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT, NO BETTER THAN HORTONS? GEE...... WHO WAS THAT GUY?
GREG WILLIAMS IS PURE, UNADULTERATED, COFFEE FETCHING SHIT! BUT AGAIN, YOU FUCK HOLES KNOW BETTER THAN ME.............. TOM FLUGEL SAID IT BEST....DIDN'T HE? AND I QUOTE..................
WILLIAMS WILL HAVE THAT D WHIPPED INTO SHAPE. THEY WILL BE DOMINATING EVERYONE
NEWS FLASH.......................THE HEAD COACH CALLS THE DEFENSE................. THE COFFEE FETCHER MERELY DOES WHAT HE IS TOLD TO DO. GREG WILLIAMS IS A FUCKING STUPID, UNEDUCATED, CLUELESS AND MORONIC AS THE FROZEN TURD WE HAVE FOR A HEAD COACH. AND PEOPLE HERE THINK HE IS GOING TO BE THE NEXT GREAT HEAD COACH? LMAO............................. ROMEO CRENNELL........................DUMB FUCK EXTRME.

I didn't read beyond this point. I just could not expect myself to take anything else seriously after seeing this, so I didn't bother to read it.

He won't be in the NFL in a couple years. He is likely to get permanently fucked up this week. One can hope, at least.

On the other hand...what would you do if he becomes the next BR? Would you have a heart attack? Like you wishing harm upon others....there may be some on here that would wish such a thing upon you. Not me.....

This is why he needs to be gonzo. Maybe the next time he crosses the street a bus "fucks him up". Trips over one of his dogs, falls down some stairs and smashes his face in... I could go on... be careful what you wish on others Trollie, karma has a way of biting you in the ass. Hope one of your dogs takes a big chunk out of yours too.
Words of wisdom- never have a pet that has the potential to kill you.

That is how my dog got her name. We had just gotten her (she was a rescue) but had not named her. My wife was doing some theater (her major), and I had done some amateur theater (Shakespeare at Stan Hywet), and I was goofing around in the house doing the Brando thing.....and the dog we had just gotten came running up to me, probably more as a reaction to my yelling than to the name itself. But when my wife saw her do that she said "That's It....that's her name". And of course it was a natural. Years later, after Stella died, we got another dog, all white....and, naturally, we called her Blanche.

LOL! I went to Dallas when my stray 17 year old "Ragdoll" cat (that's a breed) died to find another from a breeder. This one Ragdoll kitten just hopped right up to me purring away and would not leave me alone the whole 20 minutes or so I was in with all the kittens. Naturally I took her home (along with a sister) and named her "Persia". 16 years later she still sits next to me on the couch and purrs away most of the time that she isn't asleep.

We now just have a cat. (Blanche also died) Myself, my wife, my son, and my daughter....we all have different names for her. So I don't know if the fact that she is neurotic stems from that, or if she is naturally that way. What she is is one spoiled child though.

The cat...follow you? What the hell kind of a cat do you own? No cat I have ever heard of would do that.
This is what cats think:

-
Ragdoll is a cat that is named that because they are much like a Ragdoll in that you can hold them any old position and they don't complain. And they follow you around the house like a loyal dog. Her sister before she died would come running when she heard me wad up notebook paper in a ball to throw for her. She would actually run after it, bat it around, pick it up in her mouth and return to me and drop it for me to throw for her again. Very unusual cats.

Check their DNA.....they may actually be dogs...or a hybrid??

LOL! They actually came from a cross between a Birman from Burma and a long haired white domestic cat from California. You know like the Dude man, very laid back cats.

Ragdolls abide man!

You must not have been around cats very much Gip... read on.... Edit: virtually all our cats knew\know what "It's time for bed means"- and follow you upstairs. Meow.

Yeah- we thought about getting a Ragdoll (if Gip doesn't know- they can be very big cats- like 25+ pounds) and what you're describing isn't at all unusual. My one cat Boynton thought he was a little me, would eat stuff you'd never think a cat would try like olives, popcorn, and potato chips- loved Dad's roquefort cheese. And you CAN train a cat- if you're patient enough. Boynton could do give me your paw, lay down, roll over, play dead. I thought next cat Little was unique as a kitty dog, would follow us around the house, and was a live Teddy Bear, you could hug him just like one. I was wrong about that though. Our current critter Norman (he's a beautiful though a slightly mutt Himalayan) that we rescued has the same traits. Talk about a lap cat- that's what he's doing now as I'm typing.
